This store has been going downhill for years...not 1 employee cares about the customers. Its convenience, bp perks and using gift cards are the only reason Ive continued to shop there for the last 2 years. However after today I wont be back. One register open as usual with 4 people in line I ask the woman at the service desk if I can check out there...as shes standing there doing nothing! She says... theres a register open. Are you kidding me!!! Shame on you Sears/Kmart for allowing this type of behavior to continue. Does no one from corporate monitor this? Very sad...goodbye kmart!

Not sure if anyone was working? Literally people didnt know where to checkout because no purchase lanes had employees. What a waste of time, had to leave a cart full because there was no employees to check me out?? Sad.

Slow lines due to lack of employees. Solid alternative to Walmart though. Buy a gift card at Giant Eagle, get fuel perks, then shop here and find actual sale items. Walmarts markdown/clearance prices are an insult.

Great experience! Friendly employees, good assortment, nice deals/ Bluelight Specials, and convenient location. Always quality-tasting pizza from the Little Caesars inside, as well!

Ive always had a good experience at this Kmart. I like the clothes that I have gotten here, especially stuff on sale that you can pick up super cheap.
