I shop here because of the cleanliness & selection of food. There are many other groceries closer to me, but as soon as I enter them, theres an odor.... almost like butchery or death. I wish I could explain that "smell" better. Well, Ive never gotten that odor from this location or any of the Giant stores so far. This one is open all night, which is convenient for me. I tend to shop late to avoid traffic, both on the road & in the store aisles. I know the night crew and the employees seem to stay long-term, unlike other places where it seems like theres a new employee every other week. I like consistency. Ive been shopping here over 10 years...though I visit other grocers on occasion, for price, food, & cleanliness comparison. So far, this spot doesnt let me down too much. I rated 4 instead of 5 stars due to finding them out of stock on the items I normally purchase. I shop organic & nonGMO, and they have a great selection....until the stock is depleted. Lol then I must make multiple trips in order to complete my shopping over a period of days, which is a peeve of mine.

I used to work here. And let me tell you the staff are rude and the manager crystal is racist! My gf applied an had the interview she said her app was qualified an come in for an interview she goes in an never got a call back I kno because she is gay and mixed has a few tats but can hire snobby white girls that are complete ditts so I applied after her to see if I would get hired well I did smh. An my interview was horrible an she still hired me I never showed up afterwards. Plus the store is dirty an the deli smh like ppl touching there head an scratching themselves an still touch food not changing gloves. Plus I wanted a pickle the big deli ones I said an I have a fresh one from the barrel she looked at me an said well fyi the ones sitting in the refrigerator display are fresh as well but ok Ill grab one from the barrel I was like ummm nooo... there is mayo from the egg salad in the pickle juice an it looked unsanitary I was Im good Ill go to shop rite. Dont get there salads they sit all day an look crusty its just gross... Im so honest it unreal.

Our Giant Food Store has everything that you need! The store is very clean and well organized with a very courteous staff to assist you. The produce is fresh and the organic section is ample with plenty of choices to pick from. The meat section is always well stocked with the best and freshest meats, plus a good verity of organic and natural meats available. The dairy section has everything that you can possibly want, especially hard to find items like organic lactose-free milk that I need. A BIG THANK YOU to our wonderful Giant Food Store!!!

Wow, Ive been shopping here for awhile and today just took me over the edge! It started with the meat department. I got meat juice all over my hands anytime I handled anything. Gross. Well then i almost slipped in a huge spill. Then when my son needed to use the restroom (the womens was out of order he ran in the mens room and stepped all over piss on the floor. How do I know it was piss? The smell was horrible. I couldnt even was my hands. My family will not be returning at all.

I dont mind shopping here because its close, but I do have to say either their produce sits to long before it gets put out or stuff is on the shelf to long. Last time I was here I could not even find one bag salad that wasnt brown and wilted. Their produce looks terrible with dates going out the very next day. I find a lot of whole Month expired stuff in the cheese/yogurt section as well. Other than that Staff is friendly and store is clean.

Store is clean, very rarely out of items. Long lines to checkout. The staff on the other hand is almost always disinterested at best but more commonly flat out rude. I have called to discuss the more egregious examples and the responses have been anywhere from dismissal to a manager actually calling me after I reached out to corporate to berated me about not talking to them in store. Will not be returning and shop at your own peril.

The customer service at this particular Giant is, for lack of a better word, awful. I have worked at Giant throughout my college career and am aware of the way things operate. Each time I have visited this Giant the employees were unfriendly and not helpful. I called corporate office to complain and the store manager called me back just to scold me for calling corporate office. I would visit any Giant but this one.

I do use this Giant because I live right down the street. Everything is so dirty. I asked my 2.5 year old grandaughter if she wanted to sit in the push car, she pointed at how dirty it was so we went across the street. Remember management team you work here serving our community if you cant manage with pride request a transfer, but we expect our stores to be clean and friendly.

My favorite supermarket. Huge selection, nice wide aisles and good prices. Open 24/7 and at least 5 aisles are open at any given time, even 3am (4 of them may be self-checkout, but they work very well). Theres also basically a fresh food takeout in the back if you go during normal daytime/afternoon hours. Getting in and out of the parking lot is easy too.

Would give 5 stars if you would get the computerized deli ordering working again and if you woukd train deli staff to handle, package and cut the meat the way you ask for. Most deli items are at a minumum average of $10/lb. and it gets thrown in the bags like it free. Also need to add more cashiers at peak times. Other than that, like the store.

Large selection of items and a convenient one-stop shop; however, overpriced on many items. There are other stores in the area offering the same or better quality, particularly for the following: fresh produce (Produce Junction), cheeses & other milk products (Aldi), and international items (Apna Bazaar).

Great market has a terrific selections of fruit and veggies. The Deli is a little slow sometimes I think they are moving backwards. They have the most amazing chicken salad ever that they make there. If it were not for that I would never wait at their deli.

The store is clean and has a fresh selection of products the people are friendly and will not only tell you where a product is but take you and show you I love this giants and the service and their store brand products are reasonable and pretty good quality...

Nice store but the prices arent always great. The buy one get one sales are ok sometimes but the original prices are inflated. Lines are always long. Overall though its not a terrible shopping experience. They have a big variety of selections.

Easily found the items I was looking for. There was a good selection and the shelves were well stocked. The gentleman at the self check-out area was particularly helpful, polite and Happy. He made my visit very pleasant. Thank you.
