As I drive 2 hours one way to go to this store you can bet its worth it. The deli is always fresh, there is a huge assortment of pickled/marinated and prepared food (always fresh and tasty) and all kinds of smoked fish to choose from. I have also noticed that they have very good sales on even fresh fruit and vegetables and American items such as juicy juice and ragu pasta sauce. (Of course provided that you have a net cost club member card which is free to fill out). The only downside to coming here is I always need to find someone else to come along with me because you can not take your shopping cart directly to your car from the store. They have metal bars blocking the sidewalk, I guess its convenient for them not to have carts all over their parking lot. But when I stock up with $300 worth of goodies im not about to leave my cart unattended to get my car. Thats my main problem with the store and I wish they would change that somehow. Also If you do not speak Russian you could easily feel intimidated and uncomfortable in this store especially at the deli. All the workers speak Russian and assume that you do too. I dont know what the criteria for workers is when it comes to be able to speak English but many I have seen do not speak English or speak it very poorly. Bottom line: definitely worth the drive, the money and if you do not speak Russian and feel out of place....once you taste the deli meats the smoked fish or even the amazing carrot salad you wont care how out of place you are and will return again and again.

The choice of food is great, but they wont let you to take a shopping cart to the parking lot, which is extremely inconvenient, especially when you are with a baby (I was parked in front of the entrance and had to walk with the baby in my hands to load the car, and no, I couldnt leave the baby in the car, hes getting scared and starts crying). Moreover, I noticed that some of my purchases disappear, not a lot, its usually 1 -2 items and I suspect that there are thieves who take advantage of the stores policy. Im wondering if its even legal not to allow you to take the shopping cart to your car. Im not mentioning that all those cars next to the store entrance create a dangerous situation. Sometimes on the weekend it takes quite a lot of time to get to the entrance and load the purchases into your car. In addition, no restrooms can create the problems when you are shopping with a potty trained toddler, when you would have to go to Home Depo or Dunkin Donuts to let your toddler use the toilet.

This is a fantastic market. We travel about 20 minutes to this market based of the fact the prices are fantastic, quality of the produce is unmatched and they have a great selection of bread, fish, kielbasa, pickles, salads, pastry & Tea. Если вы не можете прочитать этот текст!! - You likely need to come with someone who can speak Russian so you get better service as many of the employees do not speak perfect English (which you should expect going to a Russian Market) Glad this place is here! As for other a few of the other reviewers. In reality, most smaller markets dont have bathroom facilities. You cant slam a Great place for this reason- quite frankly- you go to the food market for food! not to use the facilities. Take care of your bathroom requirements before you leave your home. Why would you want to use a public toilet anyway?

Russian stores are the best!!!! Love the music, the smell of smoked fish and dill ;-)..athmosphere, diversity.. Funny that iam always addressed in russian though. Its a busy place and to order cheese and meat takes a very long time...but definately worth it for the kosher salami and selection of cheeses. (German feta...) The store offers far more variety of everything than any whole foods or other supposed healthstore. Great tea selection, vinegars..and Ive never seen as great a choice of honey elsewhere!!! Chocolates and cookies awesome and great choice. Lots of Israeli and German stuff too! I definately go there for any German / Israeli craving I have. Good selection of produce! We even go there coming from a far distance - its every time a great experience. Also love the decoration. My favorite grocery store in the US !!!! *in love*

They are selling spoiled cakes mixing them with good cakes. I purchased 2 peaces and received one spoiled. I through out the spoiled one, so no one in my household would get sick and few day later came to the store with receipt to complain. The manager laughed in my face, his name is Victor. So for Victor it really wouldnt matter that someone would get sick from goods that were sold from his store, so I had to keep spoiled peace of cake that cost $5.00 and take a chance that my family member or me will get sick, just so Victor can smell for him self. He will not take my word for it? I will not go back to this or any other net cost market stores and it is all thanks to your manager Victor and him laughing in my face instead of providing customer service like he should have.

Go to place for Russian food grocery that include great variety of sausages and cheeses (imported from Europe and locally made), famous rye bread, pastries and cakes, pickled cucumbers, tomatoes, mushrooms etc. Great variety of European chocolate, frozen isles have endless variety of pierogies and pelmeni (Russian meat dumplings), as well as some gems in a form of Russian frozen berries (I got cowberry recently. Be sure to try sea buckthorn!). Ready food section has salads (try olivie and vinegret), kebabs, beef, pork and lamb cutlets, and an absolute must: Uzbek triangle samsa! Be sure to stop by the fish section and try some smoked salmon, red and black caviar and get yourself some kvas (Russian fermented rye bread drink) on the way out.

Very good product but its not arranged well workers are borderline aggressive for some reason they all think they are doing you huge favor and you customer only should follow orders barked out by them ! Armed security at door makes me feel like I am shopping somewhere in War zone ! Do they need to post armed guard at door in food store ? They have been open for very long time and they should have fine tuned and learned how to run food store ! If you see open parking spot you would definitely be cut off by some other customer always some sort of conflict for parking spot because you cant take shopping cart to car so you have to carry everything by hand ! Store this big should not be allowed to operate without restroom!!!

Yesterday we decided to visit Net Cost. And we found many weaknesses there: first of all - there are NO resrooms!!! They suggest to go to Dunkin Donuts, which is nearby. And people from Dunkin Donuts are not happy about this situation at all. So, we have to appologise and buy coffee. Second, there are lines inside of supermarket in some departments! Also, Music is terrible and workers are not polite. Finally, we bought duck eggs and they were rotten((. This supermarket offers many good products, but unfortunately they do not have good service. We were realy dissappointed. I would suggest to chose alternative Bells Market.
