The pharmacist ignores you until you get tired of waiting and leave. If you have the time to wait him out, youll probably still end up leaving in frustration from trying to get a clear, concise answer to your question. The new staff is annoying. They will walk pass you ten times and never bother to speak or ask if you need help. They act as if you are bothering them if you ask a question. This is a 24hr store but I guess that has changed. Just as well, I was tired of the over-night security guards acting as manager because the employees were in the back all night. This used to be my favorite location but the new crew changed that. Beware of the 5 star reviews given by the employees. The dayshift staff is definitely better than the nightshift but the pharmacy staff is bad on all shifts.

My review is just for pharmacy only. The service was awful. I walked out with so much anger for being yelled and disrespected. Without naming individuals, I would never take my prescription to this pharmacy. The pharmacist and the technician are always in a bad mood. I often see little side doors being slammed and telephone being hung up with a force. They will never go out of the way to help you or make any suggestion. I know not every customers are kind and courteous, but that doesnt mean all customers. I heard already too many times, "You need to talk to your doctors." when the question had nothing to do with my doctors. All of us dealing with ailments and medical needs, there is no need for additional stress.

Worst location ever the pharmacy sucks I dropped your prescription off and went back a week later to retrieve it and the lady asked me behind the desk 0!!!!! You wanted us to fill the prescription ..... worst place what type of question is that .... that was the reason for me bringing the prescription to the location The pharmacy never ever has a prescription ready you got to harass them to get something done they tell you itll be done in five hours you go back the next day and its still not done pharmacy sucks

Pharmacy staff are okay, accept the people who check you out. The one guy there thinks hes the man and calls himself "sassy," but the rest of the staff calls him a loser behind his back. Great work environment...

The 1 cashier that they did have working up front had people just sitting around waiting until he felt like calling for help instead of getting help right away rather than have people just standing around.

Pharmacy department is horrible you will stand and wait for someone to acknowledge your there after about 15 minutes and theres also no one to help you out in the store.

The Pharmacy is NOT open 24/7. Its open 8am-10pm M-F, 10am-6pm Sat and 10am-5pm Sun. These are the STORE hours, click on the pharmacy dept. for pharmacy hours.

Go to rite aid especially if youre in a hurry. Every time Ive been here the self checkout has some sort of error and the staff is so slow. So so so slow.
