Excellent selection including some items not found at other liquor stores. The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable and happy to help out. They have a good selection, not great, but good of cigars from Modest too higher-end price points. Having opening hours on Sunday is good for bonus points in my book. They feature a good array of quality mixers and bartender necessities including many artisan type product lines. Back when the garlic lady from Vancouver was still making and selling her wonderful Bloody Mary mix and pickled green beans and the like They Carried almost all her products and 10th Avenue Liquors is where I became introduced to them.

Spent a while deciding which whiskey I wanted today, but the guy at the counter didnt bother me while I was looking. When I turned around, he was ready to help me out. Let me just say, I didnt get his name, but he was the coolest guy ever. Is he some famous actor in the time that hes not working at the liquor store? I dont know, but he had all sorts of slick moves and smooth words. Definitely made my day better. Thanks dude.

Small store right downtown. Youre in and out in less than five minutes if you want to be. The woman who was working when we went in was so helpful & knowlegeable! She took the time to walk us through the different kinds of scotch & whisky we had questions about. Ive come to expect a certain level of shittiness from most cashiers downtown so it was awesome to be proven wrong. :-)

Nice, big selection. Gotta be the best part. A few of them have some great knowledge of cheap mixing ingredients. Otherwise, the staff usually seems to be sampling the product or are under other influences. If they are sober theyre rarely the form of friendly I like. With a brash sense of humor it took me a while to realize theyre not just being mean. I avoid this place if I can.

Staff is good and willing to chat if you want. The selection of liquor is also very good. Being that this store is in the middle of downtown, there are very sketchy customers and the liquor is held behind barred areas where you need to ask to look at a bottle. It makes sense though, so I wont blame them for that. Later at night it gets sketchy.

The two store attendants made me the object of their sexual jokes for the five minutes I was in the store... directly to my face. I have never felt so uncomfortable in a retail environment. I wanted to yell "give me the booze already!" so I could run far, far away.

10th Ave has a pretty solid liquor selection, from top to bottom. They are very attentive and willing to answer any questions you may have. Theyre normal clientele is on the shadier side, but other than that this is a great liquor store downtown.

Unlike other Oregon liquor stores, this store keeps most liquors in secured areas where a staff member will retrieve them for you. I found service to be quick and friendly, so there was no real inconvenience.

Good folks, pretty good selection. Prices are proscribed by the OLCC, so thats not their fault. But the stuff other than spirits is fairly highly priced.
