Purchased a 2017 zero dark special edition bat in February of 2017, the bat failed in April of 2017. Upon getting warrantied I find out the bat is no longer available and I have to get a different bat. Problem is I cant get the bat I want because a "voucher" cannot be used for it. Find it funny that I spend my money on your product and then upon your products failure your voucher will not allow me to buy something the same as cash. To top it all off, you wont even refund me my money so that I could turn around and by the bat that my daughter wants from you. I had planned on buying a custom bat but after the interaction with your company we will no longer be looking in to that with you. Very disappointed customer that will never be back if you cant find a way to help a 12 year old little girl play softball with a bat that she wants instead of settling for what your willing to give her.

Horrible customer service. On hold for over an hour and 45 min to talk to customer service rep. about warrenty on bat. After 1:45 hear rep pick up phone talking about how he should be on break at 530 and it is 533. Back to the bat, new 2016 CF8 purchased end of 2016 season. Bat cracks with in months of using it. 2017 Zen sent as replacement, again within months bat cracks again. DeMarini says they offer a one time replacement. Current bat has NO RETURN stamped on it. Out 350 plus tax on bat, plus shipping of first broken bat, and now two hours of my time to be told that costmer service cant help. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. STAY CLEAR FROM DEMARINI PRODUCT.
