If I could give 0 stars I would honestly. I dont normally write bad reveiws but I have been a customer service rep, manager and so on for well over 35 years and I have never been treated this rudely. This was my first time in this store and I can honestly say after today I will probably never go back. My husband and I were looking for a fireplace insert. We browsed for a good 10 minutes while the representative was helping another customer at their counter. Not once did she look up and say even so much as hi to us. After awhile of looking and not seeing exactly what we wanted, my husband sat at the counter to wait. He sat there for another 15 min again without her even so much as saying Hi, Ill be right with you folks, nothing. Heck she didnt even look at him. She then walked off with the customer she was helping to look at a fireplace she had out back. Again not a glance at us to let us know she would be right back nothing. I went to another department to see if someone could at least answer our few questions we had and were told that she as the only rep that could us. They have lost our business and we will be purchasing our fireplace insert at another store. Sad because I believe they did have the style I was looking for. Signed one very unhappy potential customer!

Very disappointed. I have shopped this store for the past 3 years and have had great service, friendly and knowledgeable employees. On August 6th 2017 that changed. Nobody could tell me if they had spiral fence stays let alone if they had them in bulk. When we finally checked out and helped the checker find the right stays on the computer we went back to get them outside, the computer said they had over 400 in stock we paid for 300. The person in back didnt know what they where so I went to look for them. They hardly had any. The person said he thought that was all they had. I asked if he could check because they where suppose to have over 400. So he called someone. He tried to give us one bundle and said it had 100 in it. I knew it didnt, my husband counted out the bundle while one employee just walked off. 60 stays in a bundle at .89 each. We counted out 150 and got a refund for the rest. I was very disappointed and not sure I will drive an hour to go to this store again. Most of the gates, fencing, wire was damaged in the yard. I dont want to pay full price for things damaged.

They advertised with Linn County fair "cheap ride wristbands and admission", however failed to mention that it was a very limited amount. What a waste of time!! It actually cost me more because now im out gas money and an hour of my life! Its just like their sales when they jack up their prices the day of. I will never shop there again and plan on spending my days letting people know what crooks they are. What a joke! Shame on you Coastal pretending like you are for the community! Lame...

Came in yesterday to buy Bogs and return a pair of Columbia boots that were not waterproof as advertised...the staff was very helpful and polite! There was a young lady back in the Bogs that my wife really appreciated, she noticed my wife couldnt find the right size for our son and took initiative to help her find them, and explained the warranty to us. Didnt catch her name unfortunately, but wanted to say GREAT JOB! :) Your professionalism and helpfulness is appreciated!

We come here for feed and bedding for our dog and small animals. The prices are good and the staff know their stuff. Theyve also got good prices on "vet supplies" like anti-flea treatments and wound cleaning products. I wish the clothes were on sale a bit more often, but the apparel is all high-quality stuff, so you get what you pay for. Ive been in this shop about 20 times, and Ive never had a bad experience.

Helpful staff, knowledgeable if you ask for the department person normally working the dept, clothes a bit overpriced but always well stocked & lots of variety. 10% military discount on most items, when asked. Honda motor can be ordered special for Speeco log splitter, much preferred over B &D in my book. Larger chainsaws installed with oversized bar often, so may perform as if underpowered for motor size.

High quality dog food and chicken feed at remarkably low prices. Helpful staff, excellent customer service and great selection. I dont know what the other guys were talking about, theyve always taken great care of me and my wife. They offer quick turnaround on special orders and a very reasonable return policy. Only downside is some of their fencing materials are more expensive than other places in town.

Check the prices on what youre buying. Clothing and boots are usually fair value, some other items are up charged. Staff is friendly and helpful.

I love this store here in Albany. I get new boots, dog food, tractor parts, fishin bair and ammo all in store. Damn nice selection of guns too
