We stopped here after a trip from the coast with the family, always wanted to try it out. looks great from the outside. We like to eat out and treat our family to new places. This place was a real disappointment. we have been in the restaurant business in the past and understand that things happen and once in a while a bad meal can go out, but this was just bad cooking. Country fried stake tasted like it sat in an old refer for a month picking up all the smells and tastes, by far the worst I have ever had and I have eaten at a lot of places. The bacon burger was like eating a hockey puck, and they forgot the bacon. The french dip was embarrassing, they used store bought sandwich meat and Auju had no flavor. The club sandwich came with stall bread, and little meat and tomatoes were end cuts and sour. Kids jello was so bad that my 7 year old refused to eat it, she said it tasted gross; i smelled it and it also smelled like it sat in an old refer and also picked up all the bad odors. French toast was like you would make at home with a thin slice of bread and the bacon was so old and hard it hurt your teeth just trying to bit it. To top all of this off most of the items came out cold. The hot wings were over cooked in old dirty oil. The sampler platter was so over cooked there was no cheese left in the cheese sticks and only a hard burnt crust on the deep fried mushrooms. The waitress was nice and friendly, but service was slow and it was not very busy. I can tell you from experience that this place has some of the worst food in the area, they are using frozen prepared items ; no home cooking here. This is not a restaurant, its a cheep take out joint. To top it all off, two of us came down with the squirts after eating here. Avoid this place, you wont be happy.

My husband and drove through and noticed the lounge and figured wed stop in for a cold beverage.... When we arrived, I purchased two beers and sat at a table with my husband and we discussed our day and thought wed like to make this place our "Friday Night Pit Stop". We then heard the young female bartender shouting at a man sitting at the bar and my husband and I thought, "Holy cow. Whats up with that?" We decided to stay for one more and a friendly truck driver joined our table and the jokes began, laughing, sharing stories of travel and a young waitress tends our table and we request a shot. She leaves only to come back to tell us that we MUST order food and offered fries. We then said wed like to tab out. She came back with the 2 shots stating the bartender "already poured them". My husband and I took our shots only to find out the bartender watered them down. I then tell the young waitress that we want our ticket and she stated that we must wait for our fries and I tell her that we didnt order them. The friendly truck driver and my husband stepped outside to smoke, I went to the restroom only to come out and see a "to go" box on our table. Needless to say, the bartender (young female, dark hair, a bulls ring in her nose, TONS of make-up and back yard tattoos) was RUDE, ARROGANT and loved being on her little power trip. She bossed the young waitress around like a young child and treated her as though she was merely the bartenders servant. Never again will I enter this place. Customer service says it all for me and this place apparently doesnt know what that is. That "bartender" will run lots of business off rather than to lure any good local business in.

Bad, bad, bad!! We waited for 50 minutes for our food and then it was cold when they set it on the table. I am not sure how they managed to make country fried streak and gravy state like fish but they did it. I think they ran out of gravy and dumped clam chowder on it. The service was just as bad. They brought us coffee and we never saw our server again until the food came. For the life of me I dont understand why we didnt walk about when it hit 30 minute mark and we had no food or service. They need a management change or an owner change or both!

This place is great! Any negative review is strange. Everything we got was delicious. The bacon was huge, thick and tasty!! My girlfriend loved the waffle, I loved my biscuit with sausage gravy, it varied from the traditional but delicious none the less. The environment was easy going, open, clean, the waitress was sweet and friendly, the food was hot and timely. Overall value was very good, it was a very pleasurable experience. I would encourage anyone to drop in and have a nice meal.

Stayed here many times, tv,s are horrible. Some rooms steel like mildew, most recently, we stayed and the maid entered our room without warning and began arguing with us about whether or not we should be there. Heather, the person running the front desk, said we checked out in the middle of the night and would not offer even a simple apology for the confusion. Despite the good food, and courteous staff in the restraint side this place in the future can kiss my ass

Free wifi. We normally get the subs when we stop here, but the service is very hit-or-miss. It really depends on who is making the sub and whether they are rude or not. Usually the quality of the sub also depends on that same factor. We had Mariah make our subs today and she was quite rude, not helpful and didnt toast my sub when I asked her to. Overall, its alright, but the service could definitely be better if the staff checked their attitudes at the door.

I would have rated this place 5 stars. The food u cant complain, hamburgers, soup were really good. But we found some curly white hair in the turkey and gravy. Looked like pubic hair, gross! We were just at our table talking to ourselves, laughing and having a good time but I guess the workers thought we were laughing at them. Were not 100% sure it was .We should have complained right there but we just didnt touch the rest of our food. Not coming back

It is AMAZING!!! The food is great, that is what brings me back every time! Almost everyone that passes by should stop there. It is great! They have good service and the french toast is unbelievable. I mean that in a good way!!! It is literally the best place ever!! Oh yeah I almost forgot, Sean Adam Wetzell, if you are reading this, you do GREAT at your job. And Deana Delarosa is awesoe too!!

Restaurant staff has no clue. They touch/clean off tables then, without washing their hands, touch clean silverware, napkins, and even give customers a water glass without washing their hands, holding the glass at the top rim. The cart has dirty dishes and "clean" dishes on the same cart. Oof. Again, they have no clue on how to not spread table germs.

Stop at this place coming from family vacation nice,neat and clean. Good was awesome I mean it was far better off than the rest of the corporate food chains. Staff is friendly and helpful I think its a blessing if you can stop on a Hwy for a stretch and it has all amenities will definitely recommend this 2 thumps up to this place !!!!!
