I broke my ankle back in March 2013 and had been using a medical scooter for 6 weeks and had been in this 7-11 about 6 times and all was ok until 4-19-2013 when I went in there I was told that I cant go in the store with what I need to walk and move around by the manager.. I explained to her that I have no other way to get around and that I had fallen 3 times using crunches hence why the doctors gave me the scooter to use so I would be more stable and get around more safely. The manager said " well I have never seen this before and its a liability and for me not to come back.. She said get crutches or a wheel chair before I can go back that what ever reason I have its not her problem" These people are RUDE AND UNCARING and i feel this place isnt some place our kids dont need to see or be exposed to uncaring place! I know I dont ever want my children to treat someone in my place in this manner do you??

i have been going to this store for about 10 years. was told by the lady that was working 7/17/2016 swing shift that "the boss man" said no rolled coins and there was a limit of coins i could use while i was there...that tells me that they dont trust me and that my money is no good there...really hate to do this, but ill be taking my business elsewhere...very unhappy, went there most of the time because i have friends who work there...but im sure theyll understand

This store is bullshit... I have a broken foot so my wallet and prescription medication are in a SMALL back pack... they wanted me to leave it up front whi i grabbed a drink. Why would I hand my wallet and prescription meds over to some stranger. These people are delutional.
