What a shame! This place used to be wonderful for lunch. Quirky with charming, mature volunteers operating the cash registers and a wonderful selection of daily specials and excellent, homemade soups. In 2013 they have swapped all that for girlies who, as the saying goes, know the price of everything and the value of nothing. The menu is now pure subdonalds. Service, when it eventually came, was from a surly, snarling creature who appeared from the kitchen and, when asked about the coffee we had ordered merely snapped that it was nothing to do with me and returned to her cave. We had been to this charming place many times. Until the owners have a rethink we shall not be back. How could they have destroyed everything about this place so effectively?

Very historic. The baked goods and fresh veggies were great but coffee was not. Those all in one coffee/expresso machines like they have in gas stations should be outlawed.

Great country store and resturant. Near the Willamette river. Saturday evening family style suppers. Outdoor and indoor dinning. Wine and beer menu. Live music.

Tasty meat platter with very good value. Long wait on a Saturday for hot dogs. Lots of historical decor but spaced so you have room to breath. Friendly staff.
