Bought an IPA that was 3 months expired... Owner said hed take it back, but very inconvenient to drive all the way back there. I told him to watch the inventory he sells to his customers, and he said hes sorry, bring it back and hell refund me, and I told him, thats what anyone would do... Then he says no, not everybody would refund you because of Ohio state law...... really???, any store Ive ever been to would have returned an expired item I purchased from them no questions asked. So, what I say to this store is Fa Q;)

Absolutely superb service. Tried to get a few bottles of a mead that I could not find anywhere in Ohio and well unfortunately they werent able to either. BUT then fast forward a few months and I got a personal direct Facebook message from them saying that they managed to find some and get it in the store for an extremely affordable price. These are some of the most polite and professional store workers Ive ever dealt with. Extremely affordable extremely helpful. 5 stars for sure keep up the good work!

Very friendly and helpful staff who can recommend exactly what you want. Will call you to let you know when a product is back in stock. Store is clean and upscale with pretty good selection. Only wish store was larger for an even more extensive selection.

Every bottle of wine of got from here over that past 5 years, about one a year, has tasted anywhere from old to washed out to drain pour. This place is horrible for wine. I dont think they have the turn around with inventory like a grocery.

Went in for a nice bottle of wine, I really do not know that much about wine, but the owner was extremely helpful in pickin one out! Very large selection of wine and beer, plus they had a liquor agency in the store. Highly recommended!

Would give them 5 stars but 3 cases of beer I bought for a wedding are expired I will be returning them today. Lucky for me its right down the street. But the staff knows its alcohol. Very nice store. Would definitely go here again
