I felt as if there was a push to purchase more items at the check out counter in which I politely said no thanks. So I attempted to use an online discount that I couldnt use upon which the manager was rude in saying so no. Not to mention the prices have increased drastically from my last purchase! In my attempt to support book stores, I was rudely reminded as to why I purchase my reading material through Amazon!

This is a well-stocked store which includes a decent sized kid section, cafe, and a wide selection of media/electronics. Why the 1 star? The magazine sign-up. The no-cost trial for the 3 magazines actually does have a cost, albeit small, that was charged to my card. When called, the manager I spoke with also said as little as possible about the issue aside from "yes we are required to push magazine sales."

There are so many books I was in heaven! You can find a book for/about anything. They are decently priced and they also have a sale/clearance section. Its so more than just books though. Theyve got something for everyone. T-shirts and other novelty items (bumper stickers, license plates, bookmarks, games, cards, etc.)

This place has a fair amount of books, yes. But it seems to have an unwarranted amount of "stuff" for a book store. Knick knacks, toys, collectables... Room that could be used for a larger variety of books; it is BOOKS-a-Million, after all.

I LOVE this place. Very well-kept and organized with pretty much any book you could want. The bargain section is also great and oftentimes has recent bestsellers. Also lots of places to lounge around and read with a friendly staff

Nothing like getting suckered into "free" magazines. It wasnt until the transaction was finished that she told me, i would be charged after the first month. Now i have to call and cancel those subscriptions before i get charged.

This is a good bookstore. Ive been coming here for 10+ years for books, coffee, and an occaisional poop. This is not a good place for toilet business. Bed, Bath, & Beyond is next door and their potties are super nice.

Very positive experience. Has everything from books to vinyl albums to legos. Service was very helpful and friendly. Even has a Joe Muggs Coffee which is excellent. You definitely want to check this place out.
