Brought my car in for an oil change, was quoted 45 minutes. Had lunch with my kids, came back an hour later and they had not started. Stated another 45 minutes. Waited in service area about 20 minutes and realized no one was working on the vehicle ahead of mine. Was told "the guy" was on lunch and he would be about half hour on that car once he got back. Your automotive staff should be upfront and honest and not waste a customers time. I would have been willing to pay an extra $15 at Valvoline a couple blocks away had I know. I wasted nearly two hours and still need an oil change.

This has been my Walmart since they opened in 2004. Some of the employees Ive known since I was 11. There really are great people here, I just wish people could see that. I use to work here, and yes, it has gone downhill with some things, but I have always enjoyed coming in and when I worked there for a year or so. Some employees can have bad days, but I just ask that people overlook that and give it another chance. This site really does try. Dont let one bad apple ruin it for you. I promise that there are staff who do care.

The Walmart on 21st street is a very clean and organized . By the way the people that start out there now make more than the new Krogers employees. Krogers starts out minimum wage. Also Krogers is Union but they dont pay anything either. A lot of people think that Krogers pays there employees good, because they have a union. Not true. If you havent work in retail you have know idea what your talking about.

I feel bad for the people that work here, the patrons, and anyone within a half mile radius of this place. Im fairly certain when the zombie crisis happens the epicenter will be here. If you just have to go, make sure you watch out in the parking lot... Im not kidding. Summarizing, this place is literally out of control and is a danger to the public. Good luck!

Staff can be rude. Managers are always on a high and mighty rant went asking them questions. Some there are extremely unprofessional, for example, yelling at staff out in the open where everyone can hear them. Managers are quick to give excuses but never solve the problems. Worst place ever!! Go to Krogers next door. Better staff and selection of items there.

The absolute WORST Walmart I have ever been in, they try to stop you while your leaving to see if you have a receipt to verify if your stealing. Apparently they can not afford Loss Prevention personal. Dont waste your time going here Kroger and Aldi are just around the corner and they dont stand at the door ready to pounce on you. So Sad!!!

I hate this Walmart. I struggle shopping and at the end I ask for a carryout and get dirty looks on the way out. I dont care that Im 25 my shoulder surgery i had prevent me from effectively pushing a loaded cart. I expect looks and to be laughed at from strangers but not from people working who are supposed to be professional.

Stood around waiting 45 mins for someone to get a TV from the back, they never showed up, then waited 25 mins for someone at the jewelry counter, once again for no one to show up... Do Walmart employees actually work here?!?!? I guess I had this mistaken for a store where you are able to purchase thing!

The pharmacy is the worst ever. Questioned my prescription. The women behind the counter took it and walked a way without saying anything. The pharmacist came up to and said it was fake because I live in Zanesville. I told him to call the doctor and he wouldnt because he didnt have time.

Always super crowded, never enough checkout lanes open or sales associates available and this particular location stops everyone going out the door to check their receipt so you have to wait in line to leave after youve checked out to have your receipt checked by another associate.

Well its a Wal-Mart. To the people complaining, what do you expect? Youre going to a store that barely pays its workers minimum wage and probably buys its goods from child labor factories in Asia. If youre expecting a great shopping experience then youre an idiot.

Theyre always out of something I need and never seems to be restocked. Terribly rude staff especially if you ask for help. As far as checking my receipt at the door,if I dont need to keep it I hand it to them and walk away or drop it on the floor and leave.

Standing the checkout lane for a long time when being stopped by the greeter to ask to see my receipt when she just saw me go through the checkout lane I will not ever come back to the store again if you got problems of thieves increase in labor

They require you to show your receipt in order to leave the store. I understand the reasons they do it but it makes everyone feel like a criminal. Guess how often I want to visit a store that wants me to prove I didnt steal every time I go in.

I understand they are looking out for thieves, however I drive to the one in Heath or just get it anywhere but here, because I feel like criminal walking in. Too many security devices, then you still have to ask for it at the register

Well enough, but always cramped, lines are long, and registers understaffed. Bags are always missed and its rather annoying to always be greeted at the door by someone with a marker ready to write on your receipt.

Always slow, cramped lines. Customer service is terrible. I needed socks. Just socks and a very rude customer service rep said "theyre in the sock Isle damn". Ill NEVER patronize this walmart ever again.

They usually have what I need at a good price, the employees tend to be friendly, and the Store Manager makes time to talk to the customers and actually addresses concerns and complaints.

Had no problem during my visit to this store. Its set up slightly differently than mine in Pittsburgh but I found what I needed easily enough. Clean store. Polite and fast cashier.

I can never find anything that I am looking for if it wasnt open 24hours I probably would not go there very much but it is the only thing open when I get off work

They are always open is a good thing and they usually have the things I need. Employees are generally not easily approachable and the atmosphere is generally low.

Good prices, large selection but rarely are there enough checkout lanes open, customer service sucks and they are often out of stock on the stuff I go there for.
