I dont dislike the store, and I LOVE Frank and the pharmacy staff. Unfortunately, I have had trouble with the Dairy Department (one day, I pulled out SEVEN packages of yogurt that were past their expiration date), and its sometimes tough to find milk with an expiration date longer than a week from purchase. In the produce department, the bag salads are nearly dead or about to expire, and even when an item is popular and disappears frequently, it doesnt dawn on the produce manager to double up when reordering. I also prefer Kroger Private Selection Wildflower Low Sodium ham, but this Kroger doesnt carry its own brand, it only carries Boars Head. For a little more variety, and an older, more mature staff, I drive a few extra minutes to Kroger in Johnstown, and do small stuff and scripts at New Albany.

Nice marketplace. Good selection. Only problem last 2 times I visited there are 0 Cashiers!! If I go out of the way to shop like a dinosaur, I dont want to ring my own items. Customer service wasnt open. Dry cleaner hours arent posted so Ive been turned away tell trips in a row. Lottery machine sticks so dont buy ticket if customer service is gone nectar no one will be there to open the machine. Get it together New Albany!

Very nice and clean. Has a very large section of organic and fresh foods. Large store that has an entire side devoted to produce , deli and cheeses. Was able to get out quickly through the lines.
