Insurance policy is a joke. I tried for over a year to deal with the company that honors this warrenty.A ter TWO broken tents and being referred BACK to Mc Sports...we have finally just took the loss of 150 dollars. I will never buy any large equipment, camping or otherwise there again. Very disapointed.

Waited 20 minutes for assistance with shoes while the store was practically empty. Approached two employees for assistance and both said theyd help soon. Finally got frustrated with waiting and left.
