Need a new system for waiting on customers. As we walked into the store, we were told someone would be with us soon. We took a seat and waited. When customers that came in before us were waited on and it should have been our turn, customers that came in much later than us were then waited on before us. Disappointing process. We just left.

As soon as I walked in the door I was greeted by a man named Derik. He was very polite and listened to what I wanted as a plan and found me exactly what I was looking for! Would definitely recommend AT&T to anyone who is considering using them.

In store service is ok....ATT customer service as a whole sucks....... they billed me twice on 1 acc. An billed the closed acc..... when its time to replace this phone I will go with some one else....

Took forever to get noticed by the sales people, I waited for over a half-an-hour before they told me i didnt have the necessary paperwork for what I was trying to do.

Very knowledgeable staff. Large well-lit store. On the downside they tend to fix your phone but not tell you what they did.

Usually takes a 20 minute wait even if no other customers are around. Staff does usually resolves any issues.
