I love the deli ( dont go in a rush because theres usually a long wait )and the sushi chef is hands down the best. I took away 2 starts because of my recent experience with the bakery....I got a cake the look nothing like what I had ordered , I came back and complain and the manager was very nice, apologized to give me a full refund ,The other day while I was shopping in there there is a lady that was very upset because she had ordered graduation cake for her daughter look very "unprofessional" she also didnt have to pay for it .my question is ....why are they still selling and serving cakes when they dont have somebody disqualified for the job!? Its not like you can go somewhere else and have one made real quick with in one hour notice . Very sad because Unfortunately these are times in peoples lives that only occur once ,and theyre being ruined.not very "publix" like .

I really like this publix. The team members are very friendly and helpful. The produce is fresher then you would get at Walmart. I wish there were more affordable green wise/organic proproducts. The meat selection for the green wise is slowly improving and at the ebd of the day I wIll pay $1.25 more for the greenactment wise meat. We love the Dark Chocolate Almond Milk but it sales out like water during hurricane season. It would be nice if they can stock more of this. My family is not Hispanic but we love cooking different Spanish recipes and 96% of the time I can find the ingredients here. There is a big Hispanic population in the area that frequent this publix which makes it awesome because we get access to items I have to pay an arm and a leg for at another store. I love that we live 1 mile away so if I only need a few items I can ride my bicycle up.

Este lugar me encanta por todos los servicios de primera calidad que se le dan a los clientes por su limpieza por los productos que se ofertan son de óptima calidad sus frutas y verduras frescas sus carnes la variedad en los departamentos del Deli y Bakery su excelente store manager y todos los asociados que brindan una atención especial a todas las personas es por todo esto que amo a mi Publix y que trabajo tan a gusto.

Although the deli makes great subs, there service is terrible. I order our subs online, and asks you when you would like to pick up your order and it has to be a certain time after you place your order. I ordered 2 subs 30 minutes prior to pick-up time and when I got there, they had not even started the order. They just piled all the online orders up and never even started any of them. This is the third time in a row, and I will never place an online order again at that store. I do not have time to sit and wait all day for them to decide to check their online orders, I have to get back to my job. Glad I do not run my business that way, or else I would not have any customers. Either get more help or designate someone to just do online orders.

This Publix is clean and the cashiers/baggers are friendly. The only reason I am giving 3 stars is because we have had issues with online ordering through the deli. Twice we pre-ordered a veggie sub to pick up and were charged for a premium sub which costs almost twice as much. Another time we pre-ordered a veggie sub and it came with roast beef on it! All three times we had to drive back to the Publix to have them sort it out, and when they put meat on our veggie sub we had to have them remake it. Now we always check the price tag and open the sub before we leave the area. But it is frustrating because the line is always very long for the subs, which is why we pre-order and then pickup after we shop.

Todays visit was fine except for an issue that seems to exist at all Publix stores. The area designed to order subs is constantly under staffed resulting in unnecessary long waits. I would suggest that the entire process be reviewed including space and backup from other employees in the area. The review might also include having somebody on the floor, where customers are waiting, and have a prepared Publix form that covers everything thats necessary to order their sub. This now filled out form can be given to those employees who actually make the sub. If this process is done correctly, it will result on orders being filled quicker and less waiting time.

This is the worst store, bought greenwise New York strip steaks for a BBQ with friends. These steaks were unpalatable and ruined the dinner, pure sinew and tendons. Many of the staff are rude and do not have a command of the English language. The produce department looks like it was the subject of a third world food riot. The beggars and riff raff that you have to negotiate to get to your car is reminiscent of a salvation army shelter. Totally bad experience, tip examen anything with a screw on top carefully, as some patrons like top sample from the jar before putting it back on the self.

Most Publix stores are very good but, not this one. Staff is rude and uncaring and can not follow instructions in either English or Spanish. To make matters worse, this store is a Mini-Publix, count on this store only having a limited selection of items. Produce and Meat selections are very poor and the Deli is not well managed. Your better off going to Sweet Bay across the street. Edit: I have moved my star rating from 1 to 3 stars. This Pulblix has been remodeled and is now larger and stocks more items. There also seen to be an improvement in the quality of the service.

The majority of the times (98%) when I go to buy groceries, everything is either hot, cold, or at the proper temperature, and that is attribute to the people working at your store. The aisles are always clean and stock to the fullest. Your personnel, must of the times are very courteous and insist to help you, no matter what is the issue or the problem. I have been shopping at Publix for years, but I truly enjoy this particular store. They have a large selection, lots of "buy one, get one free" deals, and a helpful staff. Alex, the manager, is about the nicest guy anyone could want to meet. Hes often on the floor greeting customers, helping them find items, asking how they are, etc. Love the bagger that sings all the time - just makes me smile. Anyone who has written a bad review needs to give this Publix a second look.

I have ordered pub subs online at this publix on three separate occasions. I always order a chicken tender sub (which is supposed to be hot) and when I arrive at my selected time my sandwich has been cold. Every. Single. Time. Last time I was there they didnt even have the heat lamps on in the oven where they put the online orders. Other than that this publix is on par with any other publix. Although I wont be ordering another sub from here again.
