We finally broke free from Verizon after years of mistreatment and financial abuse. We tried AT&T and found Jose and Medhat at this location. These gentlemen were incredibly helpful in navigating this switch, transferring our supposedly nontransferable numbers, and getting us an outstanding deal on new devices. They did all the grunt work and made the process simple. They even advised that they were willing to help us anytime rather than us having to call the corporate number. THAT has come in handy on a few occasions. We highly recommend these guys:)

Ive went in twice with the last couple weeks. The first time was to get a temp phone until the iphone came out. I was in and out within 15 minutes. The second time as to get the iphone. Yes there was a wait, as I expected, but it was a lot shorter than I thought it would be. Once it was my turn my transaction was completed in 20 minutes. They are by far the fastest and most informative AT&T Ive been to. I wont go to any others.

Slowest service Ive ever experienced. Jake said it would be a 20 minute wait, 30 minutes later, still five people in front of me. They didnt answer their phone on 20 calls either. The worst.

The Store manager is very rude and dismissive to customers, I guess he forgot the reason that he has a job is because of the customers. I will never visit that location again
