If I could give it a 0 stars I would The new guy. Hes dark skin he is horrible......... now at first I thought he was a good guy. Nice and stuff but he is really mean and every time I go in their and hes working at night the hot chocolate is not working. It was only me and him in their and I asked him if he would please get it running so that I could have some he looked at me funny and started looking at his phone again.!! I was really pissed off and I think u guys should fix this bc he will coast u a lot of money and people who come on daily basis! I have not been back since I go across the street. To the other gas station.

Used to love Thorntons because of the 24 hour promise (if prices go up, you get the lower price), frequency rewards, and perpetual $.03 off the gallon. Well for no reason at all they stopped the 24 hour promise with no warning, and their pumps dont even give you a chance to enter your loyalty card info for the $.03 off. This was the only reason I remained loyal to Thorntons but I will be going to Kroger from now on. They have $.03 off the gallon and at least my groceries still earn points.

Ignorant cashier couldnt swipe my card with the strip facing the right way today. Day shift staff are normally polite but evening and night shifts are generally very lazy and rude.
