I do shop three different Kroger stores because they dont all carry the same items (mulberry, wards corner, Goshen), but...that being said, I LOVE the workers at Goshen. They are polite, friendly, attentive and helpful. Some have been there nearly my entire life, so they are also like family. A few cashiers know me by first name and enquire about my family. There is something to be said for small town grocery stores. The young kids who do the bagging are faces I recognize from the schools. They are friendly and I never hear them gossiping with each other about what they did last night, while assisting customers (unlike other stores). Yes, I would love to see a bigger and better produce section (esp. Organics), but it is not a deal breaker. Luckily, I live centrally located to the other stores so it doesnt put me out. I COULD do most of my shopping at one of the other stores but I LIKE to go to the store with friendly, familiar faces.

I love the grocery store the selection is limited but the staff is friendly and have gotten to know me over my time shopping here. They keep me coming back! That being said the pharmacy is a joke. There hasnt been a single time that I have walked in to pick up a prescription and not had a problem. They are slow to fill. The employees have no customer service skills, or are so dull to comaints they just dont care. They make promises on the phone and when you show up and talk to someone else they deny knowing anything about it and expect you to be ok with it. In typing up this review (took about 15 mins) 5 of the 7 customers in line either didnt have their script ready or had some other issue. Dear Pohlman pharmacy why did you close.

Every time Ive been in Kroger Ive noticed excellent service, Laura has simply had one negative experience with the place so shell write a terrible review? That disgusts me. I on the other hand are a average shopper at Kroger and have seen nothing but pure satisfaction from the other shoppers around me. The Employees are finely dressed and I must say quite nifty. I hope to apply their and successfully earn the job. I would love to work their, there are allot of my fellow towns people that are currently working their and I would love to endure in a crew position here in a few weeks. Thank you for the satisfaction and low prices Kroger keep it real!!

I was shopping here the other night, I am also employed at a Kroger store in a different town. There was a woman in the bakery that was VERY rude to me. I tried to basically just ask her how her night was going seeing as she was there after close. I wanted to make her smile and she wanted nothing to do with the conversation I was attemtping to have with her. She said things like "Okay? What about it?" "Okay and?". I was very disappointed and just walked away.. I tried to let my disappointment be known to the lady working the self checkout but she seemed to care less about it as well. I wont be returning there.

Considering This store is the ONLY store around, I guess they feel that good costumer service is not needed. The workers here treat everyone as if they are a bunch of red neck hillbillies, yes even the pharmacy. This is the worst store I have ever been in!! Please someone build a new grocery store so we can rid of this horrid store?!

I just found out today that Kroger is no longer filling all the prescriptions (on auto-refill) in the store pharmacies so that is why customer service has become so horrible. Kroger just FYI We had our prescriptions with you for the service. I can order my own Medication over the internet, for that level of service, I dont need you.

This location has a very limited selection of products. They are often out of the products they do carry. I will only stop here if I need to run in and grab one or two things, even then I usually will drive the extra 10 minutes to go to Milford.

This kroger treated me so disrespectful at my last visit. There were two managers that acted like I was stealing costly merchandise when I grabbed a few (7) paper bags after my purchase. I will never shop there again.

Order turkey pinwheels from the deli. Had special instructions. Employees followed directions perfectly. The order was ready on time with no problems! The sandwiches were fresh, tasted great, and looked amazing!

Deli was understaffed and really busy at noon. the store was having a managers meeting during the busiest time of day. Great employees, one of the better Krogers but management???

Staff is friendly, Managers are nice. made some friends with the baggers and the people that push carts in. its a small Krogers but still good.
