I called to ask if they carried wild turkey and what the smallest bottle was and price, its 10:30 am. He says yes we carry it but I cant go check I have customers thank you bye. Hung up on me. Excuse me? But I am a customer too. I plan to buy it before work as a gift for a coworker for secret santa. I needed to know how much it was cause the job I have I dont wanna have extra money on me. You could have put me on HOLD or set the phone down taken care of your customers in store then gotten back to me. Not hang up on me. Why am I gonna waste a trip up there for a bottle if I dont know the price? What if I dont bring enough cash? I dont have a card. What if I bring too much and Im forced to take my extra cash to work, where I could get robbed? Seriously rude. Its 10:30 in the morning how many customers can you have right now? 100% I get it customers at your counter come first. I work in customer service. But you dont hang up on aa potential customer.
