I wish I could say that my experience was a positive one, but it wasnt. First and foremost, money does not come easy. We were blessed with a wonderful home and needed new furniture, plus our kids needed beds. We purchased a beautiful sectional and 3 sets of bunk beds, spending a total of 3100.00. It was delivered on time as promised, but they had to come back 2 more times because they kept bringing the wrong parts for the beds. Then, lets talk about the sectional. 8 days after the purchase, we noticed BEDBUGS on the sofa. I flipped out, primarily because I run a licensed childcare business out of my home and have been doing so for the last 3 years and Ive never had an issue with bugs. The bedbugs werent found anywhere else, but on the sofa. So we called the store and they refused to do anything because we couldnt prove that the bedbugs came from them. The sad part is, I really wasnt looking for a full refund (although it wouldve been nice, being that we have been sorely inconvenienced), I was looking for a happy medium. How about offering to pay for a exterminator, an exchange....something. But they offered no assistance whatsoever. So, we have been forced to involve the Better Business Bureau and maybe even our attorney. I find it highly offensive that we make a major purchase and get infested with bedbugs, and absolutely nothing is done to accommodate the "customer". SHOP AROUND, DO NOT GIVE FURNITURE LAND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY!! THEY DONT CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMER.

Second Erica Blairs review, I have been told off by "calling you back" or another million excuses for delays and unprofessionalism. Told to wait for 2 weeks for the furniture and now has been 4 weeks, call them every week , now every other day to check in but the truck broke down, the shipment were not placed in order, etc all happened on the day I called and every time " I will call you back " and never received a call back. I canceled school events just to wait for the "scheduled" delivery but nothing was delivered. The people were nice at the store but thats not how you do business by lying and stalling for delays. If you have the time to sit there for weeks and deal with this, go ahead and get your furniture there. Otherwise, I would spend my 6000$ elsewhere with less frustration and faster shipment. Up to now, I am still waiting for a "Call back" and my furnitures to come in. Really bad and frustrating purchase experience at this store and I wont recommend it. Update: Rick, my sales rep, has called me today with an honest update and he is working the problem out hopefully soon. Will update once I get a response back regarding the confirm delivery day and time tomorrow from the store.

Oh my gosh! When I say I cant explain how fantastic this store is. The whole experience was just more than prefect. Hearing their wonderful advisement on the radio I decided to give Furniture Land Ohio a chance. Coming into the location I was greeted by the owners themselves. Right off the back I tell them what Im looking for, a price to work with & that I need a speedy & easy delivery. I was shown around there wonderful gallery & they wasted no time helping me pick furniture that was exactly what I was looking for. Everything in the store was so beautiful & looked amazing. It dawn on me that anything I need household wise Furniture Land Ohio is place to come not just for me but friends & family too. The customer service when it came time to check out was very efficient & the delivery was just as great. I had the most kind & thoughtful gentleman bring & assemble everything so satisfyingly. If your looking for high quality & reasonable price with the best customer service in town dont hesitate to choose Furniture Land Ohio.

This place is a joke and a disgrace to Arabic people. Last week I drove 2 hours to furniture land because a manufacturer referred me to them and purchased a mattress and arranged to pick it up this week. Fernando put a sold tag on the mattress and asked that I call a day before I come to pick it up. I called yesterday and Frenando rushed me off the phone and said that my mattress is ready for pick up. I get there today and my mattress has disappeared! They walk me around for an hour looking for it, before I was turned over to Mohammed, the owner, who said he was the manager. He suggested that I pick out another mattress. I told him that I would like my money back because my wife was not with me today to pick out another mattress. His reply was "my wife will take whatever I buy." What an insult to myself, my wife, and his wife! Maybe thats the attitude and way of life in the country he lived before this one, but not here. Save yourself future grief, buy elsewhere!

Dont go here if you would like to buy furniture without being threatened and receive the correct order the first time it is set to be delivered. I have never in my life experienced customer service as bad as I have with this store. First off, took over three weeks for delivery which ended up being the incorrect order. Tried calling multiple times to only be told a million excuses as to why we couldnt speak with a manager and would get a call back. As you can imagine that never happened. Long story short, this place is not worth your time and money. Spend the extra money somewhere else for better customer service. UPDATE: About an hour after posting this review I received a phone call that offered $100 for the removal of this bad review. This is not the first time they have attempted to handle their business in this manner and not worth it to subject others in the future to the same things we have had to deal with. Proceed with caution if purchasing from this business.

After going store to store looking for a new couch we finally stopped in here. We were immediately welcomed by a friendly staff. After looking around a little the staff helped us with a payment plan and figured out what we could realistic get for the price range we wanted. This was the first store we went to where the staff didnt immediate try to force us into a much more expensive couch, or other items. As someone who really was on a budget I REALLY appreiciated. The process was very fast , simple and easy. We left with a much nicer couch then we thought we could afford , as their prices were more than fair and half of what the other local furniture stores were asking, we also did not have to pay anything down and they set up delivery for us while we were there. My experience was amazing, and I recommend this store to ANYONE looking to buy new furniture.

Do not shop here. If I could rate 0 stars I would. I purchased a couch for my new apartment. I found out something happen and they had to put me in a new apartment that was not ready yet. So I called them and told them not to deliver my couch and to refund me after I explained the situation to them. Yes the couch was still on display there and I informed them 24/48 hours after the purchase. It had not even posted to my American Express yet. The first excuse oh its up to the salesman we will call you back. The second excuse its up to the manager, so I drove there and the white girl up front said the manager left even though she said he would be there while Im there. I called multiple times no call back from the manager. Finally I called American Express disputed it and they took the money back. Never do business with these shady people.
