Ive shopped here for years, I shopped here when it was on Sullivant. Ive spent hundreds on extensions, wigs and makeup. I came in today looking for a new wig to purchase when I didnt find any, I went to buy the wig cap. I dont carry cash on me only card. He told me I need spend five dollars to use my card, I assume thats normal. But Im not going to spend five dollars on just a wig cap. Why dont they have disposable wig caps like most stores?? Why do I need to spend money when I do not want anything from there. So he told me "take the free wig cap and dont come back, I dont want people to come in and try on wigs then leave" THEN WHY ALLOW PEOPLE TO TRY THEM ON? It was literally the worst costumer service Ive ever had. That isnt an exaggeration. Ive loved that store and swore by it for years just to be told to not come back because I didnt make a purchase. Taking my money else where.
