Just stopped in for the first time. Id say skip the fat and calories and just grab a cup of coffee. This place is a diabetic coma nightmare. Wow is this place over rated... NO labels on anything except the coffee, I just saw cases of frosting on piles of dough. I got a bacon maple and Boston creme. The bacon was chewy and I threw more than half of it away. Boston cream just fell apart in a heap of gross mess, also tasted like instant custard from a box. The frosting on the donuts was so gooey it was it a mess to eat (maybe try some meringue powder in the recipe to help it set, or have your employees make them earlier so they have enough time). As far as the experience: I told the woman it was my first time and had no idea what anything was, so she just said "point to something and Ill let you know what it is"... -_- Made me want to turn around and go get an apple fritter from the market (which is what I went in for in the first place, but they did not have). I also asked for a coffee and stood there like an idiot expecting her to hand me at least a cup or something, but she just walked away, no "thanks" or "have a nice day". I figured out on my own their coffee is self serve and they run off the honor system with what size cup you pick up. The Columbian Supremo coffee was their one redeeming factor. Thats one of the better cups of coffee Ive had since moving to Cleveland.

This is probably the best donut shop in Cleveland. It may not look like much but they have a TON of flavors and are not afraid to try new ones. They had literally 30 diffferent varieties when I came in there, and sometimes more. When I came in they had a donut named "Elvis" which was banana custard with peanut butter creme and bacon bits, sounds like it would taste awful but it most definitely tasted AMAZING!! This place runs circles around any dunkin donuts or any other donut shop I have been to in the greater Cleveland area and it is well worth a try; even for people who think they dont like donuts.

Last Thursday I pulled up to Jack Frost after they had already sold out and closed. A woman was walking out of the back entrance and apologized for the sell out and suggested we order ahead to make sure we could get donuts in the future. My friend asked if anyone hadnt ordered any and not picked them up. This kind, wonderful woman said someone had done so and sold them to us half price after she was already leaving for the day. Above and beyond great customer service! I believe her name was Jenny. I was so grateful and the donuts were delicious!

Jack Frosts doughnuts transcend the typical definition of a doughnut and instead, theyre executed on a level of an art form. The picture posted by another reviewer tells the story: JFs doughnuts rule! I dont eat them myself but bought them for the participants in my training sessions over 3 days last month. They disappeared within minutes. You can tell by the weight of a dozen when carrying them out, these are doughnuts that go way beyond anything Dunkin or Krispy Kreme can produce. Nice people, too.

The BEST doughnuts in Cleveland! Thats no exaggeration, as they have been voted the best via Fox 8 for 5 years running. Fresh, made-from-scratch dough and super-sweet cream topping. Always busy and loved as an Old Brooklyn landmark for decades. You will not be disappointed. And dont worry about the humble-looking shop. Their new shiny building is currently under construction, and then theyll be even bigger and better. Theyve been in Cleveland since 1937, and heres to another 80 years!

A coworker brought some of your donuts to work on several occasions, my first taste of one took me back to my childhood in PA, where we had a neighborhood bakery whos glazed donuts tasted exactly like yours! So could you possibly open a store on the East side of Cleveland. for instance... Oakwood Village (I271/I480), people from Twinsbug and Macedonia uses the Forbes/ Broadway exit to go to work also, people coming from Streetsboro and Akron pass Oakwood Village. Just a thought:-)

I can only speak to their raised glazed donuts, which I had today on my way from Michigan to New Hampshire. I would rate them excellent. The dough is a great balance of chewy but light, and moist. It seems theres a little je ne sais quoi kick to their glaze that adds to the delightfulness. Theirs is as good as anything Ive had in a long time, and I make it a point on my travels around the country to sample reputedly good donut shops. Kudos to Jack Frost!

Very Great donuts, but some very rude, condescending, and racists employees, ( white female employees in particular) seems like every time I go in they are not friendly towards African Americans like myself, it is 2017, please train all of your employees to treat all customers with respect and basic customer service skills. But judging from another review I am not the only one whose experienced this and sounds like the racism comes from the top.

Ive grown up on Jack Frost and I honestly cant even enjoy a donut from anywhere else. These donuts are amazing, creative, and made by people who care about the product they are selling...and it shows! I happily drive 30 minutes to get a dozen (or two!) and promptly take a picture to send to jealous family and friends...and then eat one in the car because I cant possibly wait to make it all the way home!

Delicious! Voted best Donuts in NE Ohio for a reason. Unique and delicious. The remodel is fantastic as well. Being a marketing graduate, I really appreciate their new branding as well. Very nice refresh; doesnt look dated or too contemporary. Beautifully done. Next year is their 80th anniversary, if Im not mistaken! *Be advised that is possible that they will close early if donuts are sold out.*

Its a great place to enjoy fresh donuts. They make them fresh early in the morning. They have a lot of unique donuts that you can only find there. You can reserve them over the phone the day before or in person, to ensure your favorites are available, because some of them go fast. They recently finished remodeling and now accept credit cards also

One of my favorite donut shops in the Cleveland area. Donuts are on the smaller side, but they are delicious. They offer a wide variety of flavors- raspberry cheesecake, smore, butterfinger, fruity pebbles, French toast, and more! 2 of my favorites are the maple bacon and the blueberry cheesecake. You can pre-order online too. Definitely recommend!

Couture donuts. Theyve been here for 90 years and take their donuts super seriously. Product is more like petit fours that just happen to use a donut base. Price tag can add up quickly so make it a special trip. Staff are super helpful and polite, often up for a chat if business is slow. Maple donut is my personal pick, goddamn exquisite.

If youre even thinking of going to another doughnut shop, dont...just. dont. even. This is the ONLY game in town worth spending your hard earned money and time on. Jack Frost is the pinnacle of doughnutery and hands down the best in all of NE Ohio, certainly in Cleveland. Get there early, be ready to order and have cash.
