My father has been sharing his experience with this business. He is getting a box of memories made for my grandfather. His 91st birthday was March 12th. My father went to this business in mid January to ask for their business based on a family recommendation. He was told that the March 12th deadline was no big deal. Today is the 16th of March and he still hasnt received his gift for his father, my grandfather. He has also been giving a higher price to boot. A lack of professionalism and respect for dates and pricing. Such a disappoidisappointment and he hasnt even received the final product yet. We are looking into other options potentially. Hopefully this helps others in the future.

i came to this shop not expecting much but received the best servise ever i need a framing job for a rare comic i had collected and was going to give to my long time friend. and my July 15th deadline was to good, they had my framing done a week before i even expected it to anyone who needs framing this is the best shop to go to.

Love this place !! They are very nice people. If you have a special order they order it for you. The framing is the Best for anything you need framed. They have lots of patterns to choose from . Cross stitchers will be happy at Keepsakes!
