You cannot find a hardware store with better service or better customer experiences. This is truly a hardware store from a bygone era. It is family owned and walking up and down the aisles is a fun adventure because not only is there traditional hardware store items but also antiques and curiousities. I enjoy just going there a browsing. Everyone in the Chagrin Falls area should consider this store as their first stop for their hardware needs. These independent stores are not easy to find and supporting this store is a great experience.
