The salesperson was very sarcastic. I ask for assistance and all he offered was what they did not do. I will never go there again. At least not to that location and its so sad because thats the closest one to me I live in Strongsville and this one is right here in Brunswick .I drove off and went right to OReillys next door Im done with AutoZone

Horrible service from north royalton store from one employ particular, he is rude and does not help find the parts i need and says its not off my vehicle. This man should not be working in a parts store if he cant identify parts and be willing to help people.

Theyll diagnose your check engine lights for free which is nice. They also had a lot of less likely to find stuff for my truck.
