Just went and checked them out a couple of weeks ago. Small store it seems but everyone I met (2 visits) was really nice and knowledgeable. Friendly and they take their time with customers and potential customers. A young guy came in with new Camaro V6 looking for a muffler with a certain sound. A couple of the employees there discussed it with him then one took him to the isle and showed him ones they were talking about. Dont know if he bought one or not but he was getting excellent customer service when I left. Its all about how you treat your customers especially regular customers in this business. Stores act like they know this but they and often certain employees forget that this is what its all about. You wont make sales goals from the occasional person stopping in for that top priced battery with free installation for a one time sale. Its about getting ALL of the customers business.
