I am not happy with your Amelia store or Eastgate location. I have health issues, and these locations do not keep their handicap rides in working order I have spoken to Management about this, with no change this has been an on going problem, since before Christmas of last year. I have left your Amelia store and drove to your Eastgate location because I cannot walk and shop your stores. Get there and no rides, I have set and waited for one to come available, and ended up leaving because they would be dead and need charged. I drive 40 miles round trip to shop these two stores. So if this is not resolved then I am going to shop Meijers at Eastgate and Krogers at Amelia and Mt Orab. I am not the only one with this problem around Christmas, there was at least three people walked out as I did, all your benches were full, and I could not stand to wait for one to be available . The ones sitting said they were waiting on these rides. With the increase of military men and women, getting hurt I am sure this problem has increased. I dont understand why a business as large as WALMART could not keep these maitained , and in working order, I was told when taking with management there were several in the back to be repaired. I left your store at Christmas, went to Kroger and there was 12 ride plugged in and ready to go. I also worked retail, 14 years at one location, our handy cap rides were serviced regularly and if one broke we called for service, so I know this is an in store problem or corporate. Hope you can fix this !!!!

This Wal-Mart out of the dozens I have been to all across the world tops it for awful customer service. Seriously the most rude people Ive ever dealt with. Not to mention they have 25+ registers but only ever have 1 or 2 open, the old lady that works the self check out seriously hates her life. You better pray you dont need her help bcuz her social skills are that of a 5 yr old. Tonight however the rude young lady that worked the tobacco isle, the only isle open was talking crap about the Gay supervisor she was going to tell her manager about if he didnt let her go home. Have some class lady!!! Go address it to him yourself instead of blabbing to a stranger! I also never even was greeted by her or asked how I was doing or anything. Just real scummy people work here to say the least. The only nice gentleman Ive ever dealt with here who went above and beyond to help me every time is the man who works at the Photo Center in the middle to back of the store by electronics. I would give him 10 stars if I could. But thats real sad out of all the employees they have there, theres only 1 that is outstanding. They need a total change in staff for this place to ever improve!!!!!!

If I could rate this store at zero stars, then I would. Every time I come here, the merchandise is stocked incorrectly and they refuse to fix the price. Not only are they falsely advertising their items, but the managers are very unfriendly and unwilling to work with the customer regarding the issue. The problems do not stop here though. If you would like to grab one item and check out quickly, then forget about it. There are never enough registers open and self check-out is a joke here as theyre either closed or do not accept cash. Oh, and if there is an item you need and its not on the shelf, they only genuinely look for that item in the back about 15% of the time. Otherwise, their shipment will be in next week, but do not get your hopes up because it never actually comes. As for me, I would rather spend the extra money else where for the products they sell. At least I will have an easier time shopping.

They are so rude and dont even do their job like they are really rude and are all in a bad mood, and there are not many lanes open and you ask them for help or something and they talk back like they dont care....people these days, they are messed up. The dont even say have a good day and are not polite. From managers to employees.Change their freaking attitude, no one wants to be around people.like that and they dont even help you. They dont care cut you off and ignore you like if you were crazy talking to yourself.....these managers need some serious fixing

This store in particular really rustled my jimmies. The customer service was quite below average, as expected from a Wal Mart. When I approached the manager asking for a refund for a California Pizza Kitchen pizza that was spicy chipotle chicken favored instead of the intended barbecue chicken flavor, he denied my request stating that food items are not to be returned. This store will not be getting my money again!

Cant give this Walmart even 1 star. The post wouldnt take it without a star but it doesnt deserve the one. Worse Walmart I have ever been to in ALL of my travels. Awful selections, very dirty store and I couldnt find one happy employee - they all looked stressed and very overworked. New in the area but will never darken its doors. I will go the extra two miles to Eastgate.

I am an avid Walmart shopper because of price.. Absolutely no other reason. I find some employees wonderful but most are rude and clueless on costumer service. And good luck calling with a question.. Either no answer ever or put on hold forever. Worth it to pay more for better service at kroger. Never any lanes.. And always missing products.. No organization..

Horrible just horrible i had a tire loose in the bed of my truck it was 10 min till they closed, said they stopped taking in cars at 6:30 but they stay open til 8 i could of balanced the tire in 5 min if i had the equipment too, i will never ever be back for any tire services at all, and i will never suggest taking anything there to have anything worked on

Convenient for all my family needs! Only thing i would suggest and would give 5 stars rating if you guys would OPEN UP MORE CASHIERS LANES THAN JUST 1 MAYBE 2 IF WERE LUCKY ON A GOOD NIGHT AND ABLE TO PURCHASE OUR TOBACCO PRODUCTS IN ANY CASHIER LANE INSTEAD OF ONLY BEING ABLE TO PURCHASE TOBACCO PRODUCTS AT REGISTER/ LANE 10!

Pros: Employees are always nice to me. Prices are always great. Not too long a drive. Plenty of parking. Cons: Lines are usually horrifying. Self check out is finicky at best. Store is understaffed. Bathrooms could always be cleaner. Constantly changing item placement can add unnecessary time to your grocery run.

Slow service. Walmart used to be great. In some ways it still is. You can buy anything you need around the house. Service is where it all falls apart. Can someone tell me why Walmart spends money on 20 plus registers and only runs 2 at a time? 5 min of shopping and 20 min of standing in line.

As usual only four maybe five registers open at 6 oclock in the evening. Was assisted in electronics in putting a tablet in layaway , but associate made me wait while she had a conversation with another associate , didnt even acknowledge me until conversation was completed rude rude rude
