HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE - On 4/22/17 my family went into the store at 955pm, i was getting my cash out my purse in my vehicle so by the time I got to the door it was 957pm and the door was lock. I told the girl that my family is in there and that i have the money to purchase their items they dont. When she opened the door, I was in "Straight Hell the entire time while in that store. She kept running her mouth that she could lose her job for letting me in when my family was already in there. She also said I wasnt supposed to cross some line to get the merchandise that I wanted and needed??! Straight craziness! I have NEVER been treated so badly at Dollar General store ever. By this time im so angry that this girl proceeds to open the door AFTER WE LEFT just to say "See yall so ungrateful cause we didnt have to open the door", and "I dont have to work here" I told her that while shes there she needs to learn Customer service! So I was so mad I told her "B" you need to learn your job and learn customer service! As a paying consumer bad news travels a lot faster than good news and you making dollar General look totally ratchet! It was so much back n forth with that girl that my family was outdone, and I was outdone! During this time it was a white girl at the register and a black girl there. Needless to say it was the black girl that was SO freaking rude with the back n forth and angry cause we were in there like normal consumers purchasing items. She really need to go to class to learn her job and learn customer service and learn how to deal& treat people, or find another job NOT dealing with consumers! It was an ugly ugly experience for me and my family!

Every time I come in they always have one aisle blocked by sypplies and i have to go down other ailes just to get to the other side of the aisle I was on. I understand that with only a few people working at a time things pile up but not every single day. The workers are always helpful and nice and the items at the store are good as well. It just needs to be cleaned up some.

Every one of the employees /management are rude and u. Professional, well except for one young lady tall white with brown hair around 18 or 19. She was nice and helpful as Im elderly she helped me tremendously and her manager reprimanded her for it. Also half the stuff on food isle was out of date.

The store manager at this location has a very nasty hateful attitude not only towards customers but to the employees there as well Dont know where mangers get there training but very unprofesional needs to be investigated !! WILL NEVER EVER GO THERE AGAIN HOW RUDE ...
