I came into this Sprint store for a repair after the store in Morrow refused to even look at my phone because they just ASSUMED that my phone had water damage and only gave me the options of upgrading or paying for a replacement phone. Not accepting that answer, i went to the Sprint store and McDonough where the Technical Consultant, Ryan Smith, was able to immediately determine that it was an internal memory issue. He quickly knew that since I did not have any more storage on the device, my phone could not conduct an update. Ryan informed me of all of the steps that he would have to take, and taking every precaution possible not to lose any data that I had saved on my phone. Im so happy that I got a second opinion because Ryan was successfully able to fix my phone without me spending a dime. The Morrow Sprint store could learn a lesson from the McDonough store. This will now be the only Sprint store that i visit to conduct business with :)

I have been to this store several times over the past year for different things and usually leave upset and disappointed. But on my most recent visit got a representative named Kelsey. She was super friendly and helpful and will be the sole reason I come back and use this store again. I went in for a simple phone upgrade with a crying baby and she was nothing but kind and patient with us. She wasnt pushy to sell things or trying to make a commission off of me and very knowledgable about the product. Long story short she made my visit very pleasant and changed my view of this location. #givethatgirlapromotion, #kelseyrocks!!

So I will give a 10 to the rep that helped me but the rest of the staff look and behaved very unprofessional. I was trying to talk to the rep who was helping me and another rep im the store continued to raise the music so loud that we could not hear each other. When The rep asked her about it her reponse was tell her Im sampling something for a customer as if I wasnt a customer as well. Her attitude SUCKED and her customer service sucked even more. The cursing and personal conversations was very unprofessional!!!!!

When I tried to upgrade my iPhone 6 to a iPhone 6 plus, the lady at the desk said that I couldnt but had the nerve to tell me that I have to add $220 to upgrade it. I had to call the 1 (800) customer service to see why I couldnt upgrade my phone and the reason was very simple. Long story short I will never go to this Sprint store again in for any reason, not even to pay my bill.

They will be more than happy to sell you a phone and a service plan. Other than that, its a disaster. Poor service, poor execution, poor follow through, and general incompetency. I am an intelligent and level headed person when it comes to business transactions. And I can wholeheartedly say "I would never recommend this company to anyone, ever."

I came to this store looking for an answer to a question it would have taken less than a minute for them to help me. Instead after I made them aware of this I was ignored for 30 minutes and never approached so I left never having my quick question answered next time I will stick to looking for answers on my own by doing my own research.

The service that I recived was not good. Went in for a problem. The young lady was not looking for a solution. She just sent me to another type of store completely. She did not try and sell me anything at all. I would have just bought a new phone. That was not offered.

bought a accessory and tried to return it unused and I could not return it.Then they tried to sell me something else.They have a crappy policy on returns. I will never use them again for anything go somewhere else at all cost
