Brought in a check payment on March 15 to ensure that credit was applied in time (bill was due on the 20th). Took ten minutes to process, with attendants first not knowing what to do, then trying to refuse taking the payment altogether. After presenting them with all the security information they required (this despite having the bill stub and stressing that I wish to make only a payment and not change anything with the account), the customer service representative produced a receipt for the amount of the check. A week later, a text message was received that the account is past due. Evidently, the check was returned by the bank. Turns out that the rep applied the payment to the WRONG ACCOUNT NUMBER !!! When I called today to get an explanation, I was told that they could not provide any information as the payment was processed through corporate. Despite their admission that they did receive and process the check, they would not look into how the error was made within the store, instead passing on the blame to corporate. These guys would not take accountability for their mistakes; the guy who answered the phone did not even ask what account I was calling about !! I wont conduct business with this branch, not with this crew. There are other Verizon providers in town; I suggest checking them out first. Your confidential info may not be as secure in this branch, and the customer service leaves a lot to be desired.

I bought a brand new pixel XL from the google store and brought it into this store to add a line to my existing plan. I chose to purchase the phone through the google store because I like their insurance plan better than Verizon. After a 35 minute wait and multiple interruptions while the lady was helping me, I was told I was unable to use this brand new phone with Verizon in any way because this phone doesnt have a sim card. I went to Walmart across the street, purchased a prepaid verizon sim card for $50, and was able to set everything up myself in less than 20 minutes. If you want to get a new plan with your own device, you will be wasting your time at this store.

Very rude staff! Bought a iPhone screen saver in March, 2016, and was told by sales clerk that, if it cracked, I could bring it in ANYTIME to have it replaced for free. So, brought it in on 8-28-2016, and, NOPE they cant replace it, you have to order it online and do it yourself. Bald-faced lie by sales staff to make a sale! Wont EVER shop there again and Ive told all of my friends not to shop there either! Bad review for bad customer service! How come theres no negative stars?
