Received email from Verizon thanking me for new add to my account. Come to find out I NEVER authorized the new phone!! Well after involving the police for fraudulent activity on my account they tell me that they want police reports and they have to make contact with everyone involved and so on and so forth. Excuse me! But its not my job to fix your screw up!! You want the info and reports you pay for Them! As this has been going on since Friday May 13th 2016 after speaking with 3 different managers and the fraud department. I again get forward to somebody else who doesnt know how this happened.. To top it off the story changed multiple times as to what could of happened from these workers of yours. Yes the phone has been suspended but after telling you to do it I ended up having to do it from my end!! As for those charges they are still on my account... Trying to speak with a District Manager is not happening. Very unprofessional and it feels like everyone there is covering for someone else!!

Sales rep was not educated about the offered products.. I went to this Verzion store to inquire about switching from AT&T with an iPhone. The sales representative told me that Apple made three different iPhone 4S one for Verzion, AT&T, and Sprint. She also told me that Apple was never going to have an 4G iPhone just because that was they way it was. In addition the rep did not know about Apple Care. Thats only half of the issues I had. It was clear that the rep did not know what she was talking about, didnt know the products, didnt know the services, didnt know the simple basics. The worst part of it was her tone of voice suggested that she knew every thing and that she was good at her job.

Extremely poor management, horribly uneducated representatives, a truly sad excuse of a business. This store changed our plan on accident and refused to admit guilt costing us hundreds of dollars. BEWARE.

Horrible - Very unhappy. I went into the store twice. Will never go again. Both female sales personal had no clue what they were doing. They were extremely rude.
