Tattoo Nightmare...I have 7 tattoos so Im no stranger to the pain, but while getting tattooed at "no regrets" I complained of the intense pain, I was told that the area was very sensitve so I let him continue(BIG MISTAKE!) The pain continued several days after, on the 5th day after most of the scabbing was gone I noticed a gash in my skin 1/2 inch long and 1/6 inch wide in the joint of my thumb, the tattoo is only 1 1/2 inches long. I consuted with a (Tattoo Artist) and he told me the person that did this cutt the gash into my skin and over worked the area and this should not have happened. I went back to "no regrets" to show what he had done, I received no apology, no refund, didnt admit to his mistake or take responsibility for what he did. He had ( No Regrets) Spend a little more cash and have it done right the first time.and check the BBB before you do business with someone, wish I did !!!

We just started at Meredith and I was born and raised in Charlotte. In appearance it is much like every other shop. Lots of art on the walls and tons to look at. The service, I agree is a bit better than other shops we went to. They are very helpful. I do agree that the girl working is very nice and helpful to everyone but only one of the guys is. I read the review below and the guy with brown hair wouldnt draw an image I wanted and made the other guy draw it which I didnt like. This sounds mean but his breath was so terrible we had to stand like ten feet back to talk to him. That is not a joke. We have gotten three piercings and I have gotten one tattoo and my roomie too. The work looks very good and clean. The worst part was the breath in all honesty. We still go back we just know the people we like. I would recommend this shop and feel confident recommending it to anyone.

While I enjoyed the shop and the artist, Im very disappointed in my tattoo. At first the line work looked great but as it healed the lines have faded A LOT,theyre uneven, and to top it all of it got infected. I have 33 other tattoos and worked in a tattoo shop in Texas, so Im very aware of how to clean my ink. Ive never had an infection on my tattoos before and its really painful. I wouldnt have blamed the shop, but I got the tattoo with someone else and their tattoo is also infected. Looking back, there were several signs that I should have seen; the three dogs they let wander the shop, the endless supply of animal skulls and mummified rats, cats and bats, and overall a lot of clutter in the tattoo room itself. I wont be going back, and I wouldnt suggest anyone going either.

The people are nice but the quality of the work is TERRIBLE! my first one was on the side of my hand...after a few days after the scabbing a lot of my lines were almost vanished......i went back to show him the mistake,told me its normal for a hand tattoo and to come back next week and he would re-do it for free....smh. still no improvement!! so me and my friend decided to give them another chance to see and still the same results...my butterfly looks smudged!! getting a cover up ASAP! the have good prices, but the overall job isnt good!! never would recommend this shop to anyone

Brad and Chris are excellent artists and really take pride in their work. Always have good music playing. Definitely request them. The owner talks way too much. He tattooed my friend and had no music going and talked the whole time. She wanted to be in the party room with us. He was nice, he just smells awful. Chris and Brad were amazing. They custom drew everything and our tats healed up perfect. I really, really like this shop. They are so nice and priced reasonably. I would recommend this place 100 percent with five stars! Definitely come here!

I love No Regrets. I have gone to this shop for 10 years and Tony has always given me the best tattoos around. I got a huge hand piece about 4 months ago. Still looks as good as the day I got it. Line work is crisp. I really like the comfortable, family feel of this shop. They arent uptight and love that my same artist has been here for so long. Seems like they have a lot of customer loyalty, but I am always worked in. This is an award winning shop and its obvious why. Clean, friendly and reasonably priced. I would highly recommend.

I went into no-regrets trying to cover up a mistake I made years ago(a womans name) and not only was my problem fixed but my tattoo looks freaking awesome. Chris was great and very patient with me. he designed an original piece to completley cover my past mistake. It was quick. great work and great price. I got alot more than I even expected. I would highly recommend no-regrets to everyone. My wife loves it and thanks again chris, Mike and Kim!

Tony has done as expansive amount of highly detailed work on me. fun non-traditional shop and great people... i work tattoo shows and hes as good as any Ive ever seen. I see some bad reviews but remember most reviews are simply from unhappy people...sadly people that are happy rarely leave reviews...13 reviews is nothing compared to the thousands of tattoos done there... I love this place.

Just got my second tattoo (1st from No Regrets) and I absolutely love it. I couldnt find an example of what I wanted so I told him what I wanted was "in my head". I described it to him, and not only was the "prototype" cool, the way he inked it out was absolutely incredible. The shading and blending was excellent. Thanks, Chris--Ill be back for my next one! .

I have been to this shop before to have work done that came out really good. I went into the shop last week to get a tattoo for my grand father that doesnt look anything like what I picked. He rushed on it and it looks bad. Looks like my daughter did it. Do not go to his shop he doesnt have love for the Art. Now I have to spend more money on getting it fixed

This is the exact place you do not want to go to get a tattoo. My wife and I went here to get wedding ring tattoos about 2 months ago. Just plain black bands...nothing fancy. The lines are significantly crooked on both of our tattoos and the color is blotchy. Go somewhere else. I used to give myself better tattoos in high school and those are pretty bad.

I went there for two of my tattoos and theyre ok...just ok. The price was great but the workmanship was horrible. They fudged up on my design and did a horrible job covering the fudge job up. Lines on my second tattoo were left incomplete and shaky. I will not be going back to No Regrets for any more of my tattoos.

Came to Raleigh to visit a friend and decided I wanted to finish up a piece I had been working on. Found No Regrets online and went to the store just to have a look around. The people were friendly, found exactly what I wanted and gave me a pretty good price. All around Im happy.
