Use this salon at your own risk...my hair was installed so badly I had to have it removed an hour later by another stylist. I couldnt remove it myself without ripping out my own hair. Pieces flapping loose, not sewn down, glue in a sew in install that ripped out my own hair, dye job not completed throughout the hair, lace closure not properly placed or sewn down...hanging from all sides and barely sewn down and after taking it out I find the hair and length I actually bought was not what was installed. Stay away from this place unless you like to pay top dollar for very poorly installed hair and a swap of the hair you bought for some cheap and shorter hair they must have on site...and by poorly installed I mean something a 5 year old would do. I didnt even know that everything was not sewn down until I had it taken out. The stylist was gasping and taking photos...I had no clue until I saw the pictures that the hair was loose and flapping...you could stick several fingers under the wefts. I have gone to BBB and the management at Tisun. I am out all of the money I spent on the hair and install...more than $400 and may never get it back. Thats a lot of money for a 1 hour install...buyer BEWARE. Ive never had a bad experience like this on an install...this is definitely a horror story and cost me a pretty penny to boot. These girls should really be ashamed of themselves but Im sure they arent...this is the norm for them. If I could give this a 0 star...I would.

I love this beauty supply store they have anything and everything I need. But I decided to share my joy of this store with my mother who was looking for a wig. When we get there she is amazed by all of the supplies and everything they have but when she went to the back to where they keep the wigs. The woman working was so rude, unprofessional, unkind, and quiet frankly very disrespectful. Here my mother is 64 years old looking for a wig, she wanted to do something different and try long hair with color. She true on on black brown small hint of golden blonde and here the worker comes scrunches up her face and says " mmmuhhh no no no take it off... I get you one 1b or 1 thats what you need take that wig off". Of that comment alone any confiedience my mom may have had about trying something diff rent out the window off this woman rude response. My mom looks at her and says "I think I kind a like it.. Its cute and I long". Other lady response " no not good for you.. Take it off I go find darker color". My mom reluctantly agrees then she brings her another one... My mom " I really liked the other one" the worker " ehh well we have no more in back you take whats on manican no discount go". WTF I tell my mom they have a jewelry section and tell that women she is very rude and uncalled for. Maybe customer service isnt for her. She needs yo work on her attitude.

I have to agree the selection is good here. The best I have seen in Charlotte, and this is coming from someone who relocated here from Atlanta. These people are sooooo unfriendly its not funny. I really miss the people in Atlanta that use to strike up a conversation and actually talk me through selecting my products. I went to ask for a specific product at the counter. This lady had her nose in the computer and didnt bother to look at me for 5 whole minutes. I finally felt disrespected and started walking out the store, myself and my two daughters. She then says, "Can I help you." I said "No, thank you" and kept walking. At any point an she acknowledge from her or the guy who came and stood beside her would have been respectful. I was trying not to interrupt her train of thought, but to be completely ignore me like Im not there with two kids in tow is horrible. I havent returned and I dont even intend to. Between buying my hair online and Sallys I dont need that store.

First and last time EVER coming here. I tried on many wigs, was torn between two. Once I was done looking around I went to check out. Upon checking out I told the very inexperienced cashier (who made a mistake the first time I thought I was checking out) I wanted the one in the white box not both wigs. I was slightly distracted with talking to my best friend during check out and looking around at all the stuff they had in store. To make a very long story short I got home and realized I had both wigs in the bag and was charged for both. I called and spoke with the manager asking to bring it back. This was less than 2 hours of me leaving the store and them both still being untouched in their original packaging. She watched the camera and got back with me only to tell me that I did watch the transaction go through and all this blah blah blah. Couldnt refund the $45 wig or even exchange it for THEIR mistake.

I have finally the best hair of my life! I am been wearing extensions for several years and am always looking for the highest quality hair I can find. What I didnt realize was that by finding Tisun Beauty, Id also have the very best application ever! Ree Ree and her assistant did the most amazing job in asking me how I liked to wear my hair and then transforming my look into exactly what I have always wanted. Everyone at Tisuns was so helpful and friendly, professional, and all seemed to love their job. How refreshing! I love the high quality hair I was recommended to use (Music Remy). It looks lush and glamorous, not crawling and tangled...All my my friends,family, and colleagues have given me such great compliments (especially my fiancee;-)! I loved the fact that everyone there cared so much and of course I am now Ree Rees #1 Fan!

Okay so everyone is complaining how they watch you.. But do they not watch you in any business they may have, do they not watch you when they see you in public, do they not watch you when ever you see them? These ppl are watchers and they protect whats theirs, if you owned a store and ppl were doing the things they do these days to take or harm what is yours you would do the same thing. So with that being said get over it and shop or dont get over it and shop somewhere else! Point blank... Ppl always complaining about something. I have been in this store several times and yes they have watched me and I dont care cause I have no reason to worry im not doing anything Im not suppose to do and they always try to help you. SO FIND ANOTHER HAIR STORE PLEASE or hush up....lls

My hairdresser. Alicia was fired. Because of a problem with her coworker. She never had the chance to tell Me that she was leaving she was only given a week to leave instead of two. Weeks.. This is really upsetting to me because She is the best hairstylist in the shop she is always on time and in the shop so i would like some feedback as to why Alicia was fired on the spot and was unable to explain her side of the situation and she was given a week before she has to leave. To me this is outright wrong For u to fire the stylist who really cares about her clients and making Sure that they are happy.. I am speaking on behalf of her many clients and we are angry and why fire someone who is a great hairstylist...its the holidays what are we gonna do now!!!!!
