After traveling to a few locations looking for luggage , I found the perfect piece only to find it was slightly damaged with soil or grease. Cashier was awesome, she ask a light skinned black female manager or key holder if we could take anything off. She replied its just dirt and wear from the store 2.00 off just clean it. I replied politely with thats ok dont bother. Consumers dont really want to buy something new and clean it guiet honestly. Having being a District Manager of big box stores and having run them myself for over 20 years I felt a little disturb with the 2.00 off response. So for what its worth take my so called 2.00 advice and save yourself reviews of this nature. Dont devalue your consumers just do the right thing. I still like my samsnite luggage with my grease stain it never came out but, I really like it. When I look at the stain I sort of chuckle still at 2.00 dollar cleaning fee and think of TJmax s

I have always had an excellent experience in this store EXCEPT during this Christmas season. I went last week and had to leave my items and walk out because the lines were so long. Today I tried again and there were only 4 cashiers and extremely long lines. They should know better and have more cashiers during the holiday season.

My favorite store! I had never been until this year and I cant believe what I have been missing! Ive been there hundreds of times since I discovered it. Any time I go out I have to visit TJ Maxx. ❤️
