Cant believe Home Goods hires people like the "woman" I encountered today. While I was stopped in the middle of the picture aisle with a shopping cart waiting for her to finish arranging pictures so that I wouldnt hit her, she suddenly moved to the other side of the aisle, expecting me to anticipate her next move. She looks at me and says to me "Im waiting", as if to say "Get out of my way!". Is that what you call friendly customer service? She has lost your store a future customer.

I must say that out all of my years of shopping at this location I have never been disrespected the way that I was today. ..the woman at the jewelry counter showed me that racism us still alive and well in the south..her behavior wash totally unacceptable..I will NEVER shop there again!!! They may as well put a whites only sign out front. Signed. Thinking about suing

Came in handy on my way to hotel..Grievance trip so didnt pack correct clothes. Found an almost identical & a bit cheaper to replace a lost item :(... Discount prices..But time consuming if ur in a hurry u can grab & go.. Need to know what ur going in for..Dont see it get out! Or youll end of thinking everything is Great..And not everything is a steal/deal price. .and youll come out spending over $200 like me :(

I shopped today at the Venice, Fl T.J. Maxx which is the Senior Discount Day. This is the busiest day of the week. I had a purchase and a return. The check-out line moved very quickly and orderly. My purchase and return were made within a few seconds and the clerk was efficient and friendly. I do a lot of shopping, and of all the stores I visit, this T.J. Maxx has got it "together."
