So went last night to pick up a game. Found game instantly and brought it to register. Then proceeded to wait 30 minutes for cashiers to finish there trade ins. Both registers were being utilized for trade in that took over 30 minutes for both to finalize maybe longer. I wouldnt know because i left the store without buying anything because of how long they made me wait. Thats ludicrous. At least have one register open for ppl who want to buy something but to hold up both and for over 30 min when jt would have taken me 2 min to complete my purchase is incredibly rude and unprofessional. The cashiers were also sitting there not doing anything and just talking with the customers WHILE I WAITED. Not even a hold on sir we will be right with you. Super unprofessional. I do not recommend.

This is terrible the customer service is disgusting staff member Courtney E is a liar and very unprofessional. I simply went to sell my Apple Watch first I was told theres no money in the store Im already selling it for way less then what I paid for it. Then she tells me paypal so I agree cause I need the money, the whole time Im there Im thinking they sent the money for the watch, they didnt aparently he was caught up doing "something else" so then he finally says Ima do it right now and it takes 20-30 minutes to go they its been 4 hrs and I still have got a dime yet.

Disappointing selection of games and electronics. What they do have in stock seems to be poor to moderate quality: covered with dust, scratches, and stains. The younger staff seem unusually depressed and uninterested in their jobs. (Not that I blame them, but it does make it a drag to visit the store.) I like the idea of stores like this, and hope this one improves with time.

Wow! Was in the Palisades Center with my family on Memorial Day and found out this place just opened. Never heard of this place before but the cashier who helped me out won my heart. He had 12 beautiful tattoos and seemed sensitive to all my second-hand electronics needs. More than fair prices and very cool rock music playing on the speakers. Cant wait to come back.

I give this place 2 stars because I went there one day to find out about selling/tradeing in old DVDs they said they had no limit but it wasnt good to come in the morning because they normally dont have a lot of cash and would only do store credit. When I returned one evening to trade in my DVDs the employees seemed annoyed and gave me a hard time.

Great place for buying games! They have way better prices for games (and trading in games too!) than gamestop... Mostly. I also return any unwanted tech there all the time, they usually give a fair amount
