Quite possibly the worst retail customer service Ive ever experienced and I worked in retail for a long time so Im usually pretty lenient. The two girls working today were so rude they made me feel like I was an inconvenience to them to open a dressing room and just overall rude. Of course when I went they were only giving store credit which I shouldnt be shocked by because it happens every time Ive tried to sell clothes there - Ill be calling ahead of time from now on. If they werent one of the only otherwise decent consignment shops in the area I wouldnt go back.

The workers are not friendly at all. If youre thinking of selling some clothes, including more high-end brands, they wont offer you much. I tried to sell my Louis Vuitton Neverfull tote which was in mint condition and they offered to sell it $360, but I would only get half of that. Before even offering the prices, they asked me if it was an authentic Louis Vuitton, as if they think youre trying to sell a fake.

I had a good experience here. The salespeople were very friendly (maybe theyve had a change in employees, based on past reviews). It is true that they do not offer much money for designer wear, but if you are in a hurry to clear out your closet, its a convenient option. Better brands to sell there are mid-range womens wear (Loft, Banana Republic, White House Black Market, etc...).

They only let you sell clothes from 10:00 - 3:30,so if you have a job you cant seem clothes. They change the time they buy clothes until but this information is not a available anywhere.
