This place is an absolute mess. From the moment you hit the front door. Sales associates loud and rude. I go to pick up alterations but theyre not ready so we sit down. This woman walks in abd says yall might have to leave out of here because this is a mens fitting room. 1st lower your voice and 2nd learn how to properly address customers. After being in the store for an hour we get the clothes and are instructed to get a bag from the front. The woman says specifically dont wait in the line just ask for the bag. Well that didnt go well. The cashier says dont you see that theres a line....really to a customer thats doing what they were instructed to do. Even the manager was not helpful at all. Im done they will never make another dollar off of me.
