Disappointed! Walked into store and noticed a lot of no name worn out dirty clothes. Surprised that this store was voted #1. Felt like we were in a 3rd world coulntry. The following Monday I brought in my childrens lightly used freshly cleaned name brand items. Polo, Nike ,and Under Armour. The owner looked at my items and embarrassed me by making snide remarks about every item. Again basicly my items were like new because my boys out grow clothes fast. I then called her out on the condition of her current inventory in which she lied and said they only have nice items. If I did not have a successful career I would open my own shop and show them what nice clean items are and how a business owner should act. I would recommend any other shop then this one

im not really sure what the one person was talking about with the 1-star rating and the "3rd world country" explanation (like, what are u talking about) . I have bought several pieces in this store that were from Express, Ann taylor, etc that still had the original tags brand new (for example the $70 linen pants from express that were brand new and i paid like $8) The prices are decent and they go down the longer they are in the store, and they give you a card so if you spend so much, they give you rewards. Theres really nothing to complain about....unless of course, nothing is ever good enough , or if someone is not fond of "second hand" clothing and if thats the case, dont go to a consignment store ;-)

I recently visited this store on June 24 2017 at 2pm and am not happy one bit! I went in to consign a bunch of baby clothes shes like sorry were not taking clothes at this time when I checked the website and they said they take clothes everyday all day except Sun! I then wasnt greeted and looked at like I was crazy when I asked if I could consign my items she looked confused took my item and walked away! No receipt or anything! I then watched this woman take other peoples items including clothing!! I will not be treated like this and I have people who love this store and will be telling them to take there business elsewhere!!

Nice place to go and get deals on slightly used items. They also have designer purses (coach, Vera Bradley, dooney and burk, thirty one) for awesome prices. Remember that most of the items in here are slightly used, however you can occasionally find items with thier tags still on them from the store they were originally sold at. Staff is friendly, however they are very picky as to what they sell there. If they do not like the item they will give you the excuse that it is either stained or has holes in it (even if it doesnt) as a way to refuse consigning it.

I hate to give only 3 stars because it was a great selection of clothing. I ended up buying quite a few pieces...however, the dressing room lines were horrible. Some of the people were spending 25 - 30 minutes trying on clothing. The workers in the store were very friendly but the customers were very rude! I waited in the dressing room line for at least 40 minutes. They should have a time limit or clothing limit posted on the doors for people with no sense of urgency or consideration for other people.

Great selection of kids clothes and shoes as well as womens clothes and shoes. Easy to consign here and online accounts make it easy to track what was purchased. They have a lot of toys and decor too. Good selection of brand new Melissa & Doug stuff as well. There is also a gated play area for kids to use while Mom is shopping.
