My only gripe with B&N is this. Theres a ramp, curb cut from the parking lot to their front door. Theres even a sign welcoming Breastfeeding mothers. However, no electric door openers. Wheelchair users and Stroller users have to rely on other customers or struggle to get in BOTH door ways. Its not only an ADA violation but its sad.. all customers should have easy access into the store. When I brought up the irony to the cashier just today I was told that there had been "numerous complaints". Time to make your store fully accessible! Wheelchair users and those breastfeeding mothers you welcome that push strollers would greatly appreciate it!

Generally, a great store! I find myself longing to go here even when I dont need any books. Great atmosphere, clean store, and a starbucks hiding inside! they always have amazing products here and a great selection. My only complaint would be that the prices here are quite expensive. Most of the books can be purchased on amazon for a lot less. Sometimes there is a coupon which is nice, but often times I find myself browsing here and purchasing someplace else (also see the local used bookstores).

Am I a bad person if I go and read magazines for hours and dont buy any? I DO put them back when Im done... I love this place! May bookstores never go away! (And before you say "no thanks to YOU, you magazine parasite!" rest assured, I buy enough books to compensate for my magazine waywardness) I would give 5☆ if only they had some comfortable chairs. Haha

Stop in and treat yourself to coffee, baked goods, and a book or two or three (okay four). The staff are always pleasant and helpful. The childrens section is well stocked with a variety of books and toys and there is plenty of programming to entertain the little ones. Great events for the not so little ones as well.

Excellent B&N. This bookstore always seems busy, and they rightfully deserve the patronage. Excellent selection of every genre, comics, gift opportunities, and periodicals. And oh man that comic section. Amazing range of trades; some stuff I hadnt been able to find at the local comic book store!

The local store is fantastic! My gripe is with their prices ... If I order a book from their website, its a great price. Pick it up in store- its double. They wont price match with any other online retailers nor their own website. A little sad especially considering I love local book stores.

Books, text media, Starbucks, knick knacks. Limited stock of books, growing smaller to allot more floor space to e-reader stuff. Most things are expensive compared to Amazon or local bookstores. Do yourself a favor and go to Books and Melodies, the library, or an online book seller.

The Staff is very helpful, particularly Jane. Youll know her because she always wears a hat and has been their backbone for a long time now! Its easy to browse through books, looking for the exact "right" one, for hours. A wonderful environment!
