It has some Asian food thats hard to find at other stores around Stony Brook. I mainly go there to buy instant noodles. However, their bulk pricing is retarded. Each instant noodle packet/bag costs $0.50 if you buy individually. If you buy a box of 30 bags? $17!! Im not sure they thought it through. My recommendation for some Asian food: Jasmine rice: buy at Costco. Very cheap at $17 for 25lbs and tastes very good. BJs has Jasmine rice for $18/25lbs but the rice doesnt come out as good. Lemon grass: buy at Giuntas Meat Farms for $2.99/lb. You can also buy exotic food like Beef Heart or Liver at Meat Farms.

The fact that I am willing to drive over an hour just to shop at this little store packed full of the best Asian groceries, convenience items, sauces and frozen foods. The owners are Taiwanese and extremely kind (and hardworking). Kudos to them for keeping their store clean, prices extremely low and produce so fresh!

Looking for that rare Asian ingredient or just need great prices on produce? Go here. The employees are wonderful and go above and beyond with simple touches to make your experience better. They pack your groceries nicely and place cardboard at the bottom of the bag for support.

This place has a ton of oriental foods at really good prices. Its popular with the college kids from Stony Brook so it can get a little crowded sometimes and the isles are small. Good selection of foods though.

Cramped, but well stocked store. It is mainly stocked with Chinese ingredients, but it has a decent variety of Japanese, Korean, and Indian items. Staff has always been friendly to me.

#1 Asian market. The owner are super nice person. Also, their products are guaranteed fresh. I love to shop over there. Ps: 10 dollar minimum when you want to use credit card.

Love this place, whenever I feel like making an authentic Chinese hotpot meal, this place has every single ingredient. The place is small and aisles are tight but worth it!
