OMG! I went to pepboys no help I felt disrespected and still have no solution for my problems.when to Advance and they must not like spanish people cause no help. Went to autozone in selden and not only did I get help the manager installed a new battery in the rain if it wasnt for him I would have been stuck in the rain wit my kids I offered him a tip he wouldnt take it.

First visit? Not bad. Second time? Problems. Third time? Horrible. A LONG wait, then the store manager who "helped" me was obnoxious, disinterested...and didnt even know what he was talking about! Guess I got lucky on my first visit.
