I went here today wanting to buy a new headlight for my car, but I didnt know how to put it in, so the man working there offered to do it for me. Kudos to the employees at Napa! Car troubles can be very stressful, and at Napa they were willing to go the extra mile for me, even if they didnt really gain anything from it but a loyal customer. I asked them to do it at Advance Auto Parts and they absolutely refused, so I really appreciated Napas willingness to help me out.

Service is usually quick here. They can get parts from the Albany store/warehouse within a day if they dont have it. Just make sure you are getting the right part before you leave.
