Very dissatisfied. I purchased a starter and it was burned out in under a year, which is not stores fault. I went to get my warranty replacement and I was told I had to pay the full amount of the starter and the core. I wasnt happy about that but I did it without question paying in cash. Nice girl at the counter told me to bring back the old one anytime before the store closes at 10pm. I drove 1 hour back to the store this evening and arrived at 9:25pm. The store manager refused to refund my money because there wasnt any money in the drawer. I was told they empty the drawers a full hour before the store closes. I understand that your employees want to leave on time but that is no way to treat your "valued" customers. If that is your company or store policy you should definitely have it posted and tell your employees. I own my own farming business and know that you cant be successful if you operate like that. I have spent lots of money in your stores and after I drive the two hour round trip again tomorrow to return my starter we will never do business with you guys again.

Everyone there sucks. Been a mechanic for 10 years and there staff has worst knowledge. They treat there customers horrible and are extremely rude. Stay away go to Napa. Napa has better parts and are way more helpful. Who ever Mike who works there should be fired. I will never step foot in that Auto zone again and they lost a valuable customer who has spent thousands in there crap stores.

Hey, *I* had a good time of it. Staff pleasant & helpful, to the point of schlepping a 2.5t-rated jack to the back of the parking lot for me. Easy to find stuff. Granted, I didnt have any questions to ask, so I cant speak as to product knowledge. Also, bear in mind that this location is particularly small, so selection within product categories is (necessarily) a little thin.

Even the manager pulls the incorrect parts from the shelves costing their customers precious time and money having to return to the store for the correct parts.. Then after you return the parts to them its still not their fault...Its Really Unbelievable!!

Just called to ask if they still do the free diagnostic the person that answeared the phone sounded like he was on something or not an actual employee. This location is unorganized to say the least, like most of poughkeepsie.

They werent rude, but they werent too outgoing. Not a single person asked a customer if they needed help. This is typical to these stores though. But if you ask them for help, they do put an effort it.
