I went into Spa City this weekend for the first time. It will be the only store I will purchase wine and liquor from. John was friendly and extremely knowledgable of the choices that are available. What I enjoyed most was his excitement in sharing his knowledge which is such a contrast to the big box stores that have created an impersonal purchasing. Thank you John. Buy local support your neighbors .

Is John the proprietor or just an employee? He answered the phone and sounded very put out by my question of where he was located. And the answer he gave was "a mile from SPAC". Why not be more direct and say youre located in the Price Chopper plaza? Oh! And I get there and the sign says under new ownership, like thats an improvement...not if you handle customers like John does.

Dave really knows his Bourbon. Stopped by after dinner with my girlfriend. Picked up a bottle of bourbon and she picked up a bottle of wine. So Convenient. Parked right in front of the store.
