On Friday 3/31/17 at 4:30, my sister went to the Liquor Box with my 4 year old special needs niece. She picked up the bottle of wine that she needed and headed to cash out. My niece got out of my sisters grasp and ran. My sister was able to catch up to her and get her back under control. The woman behind the counter then said EXTREMELY rudely to my sister, "That was an expensive mistake" (not sure why she said this, as nothing got broken). My sister was so upset that she left without purchasing the bottle of wine. When she got home, she called the store to find out when the owner would be in. The woman on the phone was very snarky, stating that she didnt know when the owner would be in, because she only works 3 days a week. My sister then told her that she did not have very good customer service skills. The woman then said "Ok, Miss disabled daughter" and hung up. Mind you my sister never told her why she was calling or who she was. This behavior is unacceptable, and I would never support a business that has employees that treat customers like this.

Store randomly closes early and employees look like they dont want to be there. They roll their eyes and sigh when you ask for help/ suggestions. Last week, I got there at 8:40p and the doors were locked & the lights were out. There wasnt a sign saying they wpuld be closing early & it wasnt a holiday. The week before, the door was locked early & there were customers inside. The employee was unlocking the door to let them out. I asked what gives & he just shrugged at me & shut the door in my face and locked it. By the time I drove to the other store, they were closed, too. Worth the extra minute to drive to the competitors store. Friendlier staff, stick to posted hours.

If we could give one star, we would. This afternoon we went inside to make a purchase and walked into a racist conversation between the clerk and a customer. We promptly noted, aloud, how inappropriate this was and that we would never give them business again.

I went here knowing absolutely nothing about alcohol. The staff were helpful and courteous and even gave me free glasses when I forgot to buy them elsewhere. This is definitely going to be my go to store from now on.

LOVEEEEEEEEE THIS PLACE ITS SMALL BUT GETS A LOT OF CUSTOMERS AND IS WELL KNOWN AND THERE IS A LOVELY LADY THAT WORKS THERE HER NAME IS CHELSEA U CANT MISS HER SHE IS MORE THEN HAPPY TO SERVE ANYONE

Great little neighborhood establishment with competitive pricing. Great variety for size of the store. Rating for appeal would rise if the strong cigarette smell was not present in store.
