Spent 15 minutes waiting at the growler station. Multiple staff buzzing about, completely ignoring me. Got tired of waiting around and walked around to do some shopping. Came back to the growler station in hopes that someone would be available to help. Decided to leave after about 10 minutes. As Im about to check out, someone finally finally goes to man the counter as there are no customers waiting at it. I used to love this store, but I dont think Ill be returning. I wouldve left without even picking anything up if they werent all Christmas gifts.

Tonight we hosted the leaders of local nonprofits at a tasting of French wines that we purchased at a charity auction last year to benefit Family Lifeline. The staff team--Kenneth and Nancy--were awesome in the way they prepared for our guests, presented the wines and stewarded the event. Conversation flowed as fluently as the wine, and everyone was grateful that Total Wine donated this event to benefit a local charity. The wines were well chosen and excellent! The event well exceeded all expectations. Thank you, Total Wine!

This store was absolutely horrible and the last place that I would ever try to spend my money again! They had the worst service that I have ever experienced, and the cashiers/stockers knew absolutely nothing. I ended up just putting my stuff down and leaving because it was so bad. The store was messy and had boxes everywhere. I would never set a foot back in this store.

The people who work there are absolute morons. Im sorry I dont mean to be rude, but these people work at a place that sells beer and wine, and they have the intelligence of someone who has been sitting around sampling the beer and wine all day.

This store has the most knowledgeable staff. They have never steered me wrong on any type of wine. The prices are amazing and the stock is a plenty. I go there about once a month and stock up. Case discounts on most wine. Love it!

I dont know too much about wines. I came to shop for good high gravity beer. I wasnt planning on spending so much money but I had to! There were sooo many good options!

Great selection of wine and beer. Rare beers pop up there from time to time. It is smaller than the ones I visited in California. The staff members are friendly.

Holy selection, Batman! This is the place to go if youre a fan of places like Costco, because they have everything you need/want without the extra gimmicks.
