The store manager Kelly was very kind and helpful when I went into the store to try to find relief medication for my dogs skin irritation after grooming. I felt like a top priority and Im very appreciative of her help and understanding. The grooming staff always does a wonderful job and the reason for the irritation is likely from my lack of getting my dog in sooner to rid of his mats. I have four dogs and come here very often. All the employees are always helpful and informed and I recommend their services to everyone!

I needed flea medication in a pinch for my dog on Sunday afternoon, so I went to Petco. I do not usually shop there, prefer the local businesses with a heart like Bensons. I ended up getting a Seresto collar. Petco charged me $79.99+tax for a collar that normally costs $40-$50. 100% markup on retail price. NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN!!!!! THEY SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THEMSELVES FOR PRICE GOUGING THE WAY THEY DO!!!!

They sell sick animals My guinea pig sugar, she has been non-stop sick for 8 months, tried every vet and nothing changes. Shes a CUY guinea pig which arent supposed to be sold as pets but Petco sells them anyways because theyre cheap. I will never buy another animal from Petco again.

Aquatic section lacking in filter selection (Marineland), though they had a nice selection of aquarium decorations, sizes and plants. They had a broad selection of tropicals though not much stock (count).
